1. An abrasive cutting tool comprising: a base in the form of a disk of small diameter, having: an outer diameter of not more than about 100 centimeters, an aspect ratio defined as the ratio (D: T) of the outer diameter to the thickness along the longitudinal axis of the base, comprising at least about 10: 1; an abrasive fragment comprising: a binder material comprising a resin having a reduced flexural modulus after heat aging of at least about 1.05; and abrasive particles contained inside the binder. 2. The abrasive cutting tool according to claim 1, characterized in that the reduced modulus of elasticity in bending after heat aging is at least about 1.10.3. An abrasive cutting tool according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the abrasive fragment contains a filler containing pyrite (FeS). 4. Abrasive cutting tool according to any one of paragraphs. 1-3, characterized in that the abrasive fragment contains a filler containing KAlF.5. Abrasive cutting tool according to any one of paragraphs. 1-4, characterized in that the abrasive fragment contains a filler containing CaO.6. Abrasive cutting tool according to any one of paragraphs. 1-5, characterized in that the abrasive fragment contains a filler containing calcium silicate. Abrasive cutting tool according to any one of paragraphs. 1-6, characterized in that the abrasive fragment contains a filler containing NaAlF. 8. Abrasive cutting tool according to any one of paragraphs. 1-7, characterized in that the abrasive fragment contains a combination of fillers, and the total content of fillers is at least about 10 vol.% Of the total volume of the abrasive fragment and not more than about 60 vol.% Of the total volume of abrasive
