Abstract

1. Изделие, содержащее:слой нецеллюлозного нетканого материала, имеющий первую и вторую расположенные друг напротив друга основные поверхности, при этом к каждой из основных поверхностей слоя нетканого материала прикреплен слой нецеллюлозной нетканой бумаги, и при этом нетканая бумага, нетканый материал или оба являются электроизолирующими.2. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере один из слоев нетканой бумаги непосредственно прикреплен к слою нетканого материала.3. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере один из слоев нетканой бумаги прикреплен к слою нетканого материала адгезивом.4. Изделие по п. 3, отличающееся тем, что адгезив содержит замедлитель горения.5. Изделие по п. 4, отличающееся тем, что адгезив содержит замедлитель горения в количестве до 30 вес. %.6. Изделие по п. 4, отличающееся тем, что адгезив содержит замедлитель горения в количестве до 50 вес. %.7. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что содержит множество чередующихся слоев нетканой бумаги и нетканого материала, при этом оба наружных слоя являются слоями нетканой бумаги.8. Изделие по п. 7, отличающееся тем, что содержит пять чередующихся слоев.9. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере один из слоев нетканой бумаги содержит более чем один лист нетканой бумаги.10. Изделие по п. 9, отличающееся тем, что листы, составляющие по меньшей мере один слой нетканой бумаги, имеют различные свойства.11. Изделие по п. 10, отличающееся тем, что упомянутые различные свойства выбраны из группы, состоящей из толщины, состава, плотности, гибкости, прочности на разрыв, модуля растяжения, электрической прочности диэлектрика и огнестойкости.12. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что слой нетканого

Claims (20)

1. Изделие, содержащее:
слой нецеллюлозного нетканого материала, имеющий первую и вторую расположенные друг напротив друга основные поверхности, при этом к каждой из основных поверхностей слоя нетканого материала прикреплен слой нецеллюлозной нетканой бумаги, и при этом нетканая бумага, нетканый материал или оба являются электроизолирующими.
2. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере один из слоев нетканой бумаги непосредственно прикреплен к слою нетканого материала.
3. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере один из слоев нетканой бумаги прикреплен к слою нетканого материала адгезивом.
4. Изделие по п. 3, отличающееся тем, что адгезив содержит замедлитель горения.
5. Изделие по п. 4, отличающееся тем, что адгезив содержит замедлитель горения в количестве до 30 вес. %.
6. Изделие по п. 4, отличающееся тем, что адгезив содержит замедлитель горения в количестве до 50 вес. %.
7. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что содержит множество чередующихся слоев нетканой бумаги и нетканого материала, при этом оба наружных слоя являются слоями нетканой бумаги.
8. Изделие по п. 7, отличающееся тем, что содержит пять чередующихся слоев.
9. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере один из слоев нетканой бумаги содержит более чем один лист нетканой бумаги.
10. Изделие по п. 9, отличающееся тем, что листы, составляющие по меньшей мере один слой нетканой бумаги, имеют различные свойства.
11. Изделие по п. 10, отличающееся тем, что упомянутые различные свойства выбраны из группы, состоящей из толщины, состава, плотности, гибкости, прочности на разрыв, модуля растяжения, электрической прочности диэлектрика и огнестойкости.
12. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что слой нетканого материала содержит более чем один лист нетканого материала.
13. Изделие по п. 7, отличающееся тем, что по меньшей мере один слой нетканого материала содержит более чем один слой нетканой ткани.
14. Изделие по п. 12, отличающееся тем, что листы, составляющие по меньшей мере один слой нетканого материала, имеют различные свойства.
15. Изделие по п. 14, отличающееся тем, что упомянутые различные свойства выбраны из группы, состоящей из толщины, состава, плотности, гибкости, прочности на разрыв, модуля растяжения, электрической прочности диэлектрика и огнестойкости.
16. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что имеет электрическую прочность диэлектрика композитной части, большую или равную 150 В/миллидюйм, измеренную по ASTM D 149-09.
17. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что достигает класса огнестойкости V-0 по UL 94.
18. Изделие по п. 12, отличающееся тем, что слой нетканого материала содержит горючий материал.
19. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что нетканый материал содержит арамидные волокна.
20. Изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что весовое содержание слоя нетканого материала составляет от примерно 3 вес. % до примерно 50 вес. %, а весовое содержание упомянутых одного или более слоев нетканой бумаги составляет от примерно 50 вес. % до примерно 97 вес. %.
