Abstract
1. Способ лечения хронического одонтогенного остеомиелита у наркозависимых больных, включающий подготовку аутотрансплантата непосредственно в ходе оперативного лечения путем забора нативной крови из вены пациента в количестве 40-80 мл и введение в кровь антикоагулянта, например, гепарина, из расчета 0,05 ЕД на 10 мл крови, затем плазму крови обогащают тромбоцитами путем центрифугирования, после чего обогащенную тромбоцитами плазму крови (PRP-гель) вводят в область оперативного лечения, затем ушивают рану наглухо, отличающийся тем, что для получения FRP-мембран в ходе оперативного лечения выполняют забор нативной крови из вены пациента в количестве 40-80 мл и вводят в кровь активатор, например, тромбин и хлорид кальция, затем плазму крови обогащают тромбоцитами путем центрифугирования, далее проводят инъекционное введение PRP-геля с помощью иглы внутрикостно в область оперативного лечения - в губчатое вещество кости, а костный дефект заполняют и закрывают FRP-мембранами, после чего при необходимости производится мобилизация и перемещение слизисто-надкостичного лоскута с закрытием костного дефекта, далее ушивают рану наглухо, кроме того, при наличии показаний проводят корригирующую процедуру путем закрытия зияющей кости FRP-мембранами.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что для получения FRP-мембран нативную венозную кровь пациента с активатором центрифугируют на скорости 6000 об/мин в течение 15 мин.3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что для получения PRP-геля нативную венозную кровь пациента с антикоагулянтом центрифугируют в течение 10 мин на скорости 2000 об/мин, а затем на скорости 4000 об/мин в течение 15 мин.1. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the patient’s native venous blood with an activator is centrifuged at a speed of 6000 rpm for 15 minutes to obtain FRP membranes. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the native venous blood of the patient with the anticoagulant is centrifuged for 10 minutes at a speed of 2000 rpm for a PRP gel, and then at a speed of 4000 rpm for 15 minutes.
