Abstract

1. Способ получения экструдированной полимерной пены, включающий следующие стадии:a. предоставление вспенивающейся полимерной композиции, содержащей полимерную композицию и пенообразующую композицию, в экструдере при температуре перемешивания и давлении перемешивания;b. охлаждение вспенивающейся полимерной композиции до температуры вспенивания ниже температуры перемешивания; иc. выталкивание вспенивающейся полимерной композиции через экструзионную головку при температуре вспенивания в среду, находящуюся под давлением вспенивания, причем давление вспенивания ниже, чем давление перемешивания, и достаточно низкое, чтобы позволить расширение вспенивающейся полимерной композиции в полимерную пену;причем способ отличается тем, что полимерная композиция содержит алкенильные ароматические полимеры, по меньшей мере один из которых является сополимером стирола с акрилонитрилом, и пенообразующая композиция состоит из 74-78 вес.% 1,1,1,2-тетрафторэтана, 13-16 вес.% диоксида углерода и 7-9 вес.% воды в расчете на полный вес пенообразующей композиции, причем вспенивающаяся полимерная композиция содержит менее 0,5 вес.% наполнителя от веса вспенивающейся полимерной композиции, температура вспенивания лежит в диапазоне 120-125°C, и получаемая полимерная пена имеет плотность, определенную согласно ASTM D1622, большую или равную 29 кг/ми меньшую или равную 37 кг/м, и вертикальную прочность на сжатие (в килопаскалях), определенную согласно ASTM D 1621, больше, чем произведение числа 25,9 на величину плотности пены в кг/ми минус 520.2. Способ по п. 1, в котором вспенивающаяся полимерная композиция расширяется в полимерную пену, имеющую вертикальную прочность на сжатие, определенную согласно ASTM D 1

Claims (6)

1. Способ получения экструдированной полимерной пены, включающий следующие стадии:
a. предоставление вспенивающейся полимерной композиции, содержащей полимерную композицию и пенообразующую композицию, в экструдере при температуре перемешивания и давлении перемешивания;
b. охлаждение вспенивающейся полимерной композиции до температуры вспенивания ниже температуры перемешивания; и
c. выталкивание вспенивающейся полимерной композиции через экструзионную головку при температуре вспенивания в среду, находящуюся под давлением вспенивания, причем давление вспенивания ниже, чем давление перемешивания, и достаточно низкое, чтобы позволить расширение вспенивающейся полимерной композиции в полимерную пену;
причем способ отличается тем, что полимерная композиция содержит алкенильные ароматические полимеры, по меньшей мере один из которых является сополимером стирола с акрилонитрилом, и пенообразующая композиция состоит из 74-78 вес.% 1,1,1,2-тетрафторэтана, 13-16 вес.% диоксида углерода и 7-9 вес.% воды в расчете на полный вес пенообразующей композиции, причем вспенивающаяся полимерная композиция содержит менее 0,5 вес.% наполнителя от веса вспенивающейся полимерной композиции, температура вспенивания лежит в диапазоне 120-125°C, и получаемая полимерная пена имеет плотность, определенную согласно ASTM D1622, большую или равную 29 кг/м3 и меньшую или равную 37 кг/м3, и вертикальную прочность на сжатие (в килопаскалях), определенную согласно ASTM D 1621, больше, чем произведение числа 25,9 на величину плотности пены в кг/м3 и минус 520.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором вспенивающаяся полимерная композиция расширяется в полимерную пену, имеющую вертикальную прочность на сжатие, определенную согласно ASTM D 1621, по меньшей мере 275 кПа.
3. Способ по любому из пп. 1 или 2, в котором вспенивающаяся полимерная композиция расширяется в полимерную пену, имеющую вертикальную прочность на сжатие, определенную согласно стандарту ASTM D1621, по меньшей мере 350 кПа, и плотность, определенную согласно ASTM D 1622, большую или равную 29 кг/м3 и меньшую или равную 35 кг/м3.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором алкенильные ароматические полимеры состоят из сополимеров акрилонитрила со стиролом.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором сополимеризованный акрилонитрил присутствует в концентрации 15 вес.% в расчете на полный вес алкенильных ароматических полимеров.
6. Способ по п. 1, в котором алкенильные ароматические полимеры состоят из сополимеров акрилонитрила со стиролом, и сополимеризованный акрилонитрил присутствует в концентрации 15 вес.% в расчете на полный вес стирольного полимера.
