Abstract

1. Гибридная трансмиссия для автотранспортного средства, оборудованного двигателем внутреннего сгорания и приводной электрической машиной (7), содержащая два концентричных первичных вала (1, 6), которые соответственно соединены с двигателем внутреннего сгорания и электрической машиной и на каждом из которых установлена, по меньшей мере, одна шестерня нисходящего перехода (4, 8, 9) на первый вторичный вал (10), связанный с колесами транспортного средства через дифференциал (16), и второй вторичный вал (19), передающий движение от первичного вала на дифференциал (16), отличающаяся тем, что содержит первое средство (С1) соединения между двумя первичными валами (1, 6), которое может занимать, по меньшей мере, три положения, в которых:- двигатель внутреннего сгорания отсоединен от кинематической цепи, связывающей электрическую машину (7) с колесами, или соединен с ней через второй вторичный вал (положение 1),- первичный вал, соединенный с двигателем внутреннего сгорания, связан с первым вторичным валом (10) для приведения во вращение колес с участием или без участия электрической машины (положение 2), и- первичный вал, соединенный с двигателем внутреннего сгорания, связан с первичным валом, соединенным с электрической машиной (7) так, чтобы суммировать их соответствующие крутящие моменты в направлении колес (положение 3).2. Claims (14)

1. Гибридная трансмиссия для автотранспортного средства, оборудованного двигателем внутреннего сгорания и приводной электрической машиной (7), содержащая два концентричных первичных вала (1, 6), которые соответственно соединены с двигателем внутреннего сгорания и электрической машиной и на каждом из которых установлена, по меньшей мере, одна шестерня нисходящего перехода (4, 8, 9) на первый вторичный вал (10), связанный с колесами транспортного средства через дифференциал (16), и второй вторичный вал (19), передающий движение от первичного вала на дифференциал (16), отличающаяся тем, что содержит первое средство (С1) соединения между двумя первичными валами (1, 6), которое может занимать, по меньшей мере, три положения, в которых:
- двигатель внутреннего сгорания отсоединен от кинематической цепи, связывающей электрическую машину (7) с колесами, или соединен с ней через второй вторичный вал (положение 1),
- первичный вал, соединенный с двигателем внутреннего сгорания, связан с первым вторичным валом (10) для приведения во вращение колес с участием или без участия электрической машины (положение 2), и
- первичный вал, соединенный с двигателем внутреннего сгорания, связан с первичным валом, соединенным с электрической машиной (7) так, чтобы суммировать их соответствующие крутящие моменты в направлении колес (положение 3).
2. Гибридная трансмиссия по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что двигатель внутреннего сгорания связан со сплошным первичным валом (1), а электрическая машина (7) связана с полым первичным валом (6).
3. Гибридная трансмиссия по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что на первом вторичном валу (10) установлено второе средство (С2) соединения, позволяющее связывать одну или другую из двух шестерен нисходящего перехода (8, 9) первичного полого вала (6) с шестернями (12, 11) свободного хода первого вторичного вала (10).
4. Гибридная трансмиссия по п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что на втором вторичном валу (19) установлено третье средство (С3) соединения, позволяющее связывать сплошной первичный вал (1) со вторым вторичным валом (19).
5. Гибридная трансмиссия по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что три положения первого средства (C1) соединения и комбинированное участие второго (С2) и третьего (С3) средств соединения, обеспечивают ей, по меньшей мере:
- электрический режим на двух передачах,
- термический режим на второй и на четвертой передачах,
- гибридный режим на трех передачах.
6. Гибридная трансмиссия по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что двигатель внутреннего сгорания приводит во вращение генератор переменного тока, обеспечивающий энергетические потребности электрической машины и заряжающий высоковольтную тяговую батарею.
7. Гибридная трансмиссия по п. 6, отличающаяся тем, что тяговая батарея соединена с бортовой батареей через реверсивный преобразователь напряжения.
8. Гибридная трансмиссия по п. 6, отличающаяся тем, что генератор переменного тока является высоковольтным генератором, соединяемым напрямую с батареей питания электрической машины.
9. Способ управления гибридной трансмиссией по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что используют электрическую машину (7) в качестве единственного источника движущей энергии на двух электрических передачах, замыкая второе средство (С2) соединения, до порога скорости, сверх которого переходят на термическую передачу, размыкая второе средство (С2) соединения и связывая двигатель внутреннего сгорания с колесами через третье средство (С3) соединения.
10. Способ управления по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно используют гибридную передачу, связывая два первичных вала при помощи второго средства (С2) соединения, сохраняя соединение двигателя внутреннего сгорания с колесами посредством замыкания третьего средства (С3) соединения.
11. Способ управления гибридной трансмиссией по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что используют только одну электрическую передачу, прежде чем последовательно переходить на несколько гибридных передач, когда оба первых средства соединения (С1, С2) замкнуты.
12. Способ управления по п. 11, отличающийся тем, что можно получить две гибридных передачи при одном и том же положении замыкания второго средства (С3) соединения в зависимости от того, связаны два первичных вала или же полый первичный вал связан с первым вторичным валом.
13. Способ управления по п. 11, отличающийся тем, что можно получить две разных гибридных передачи при одном и том же положении замыкания первого средства (С1) соединения в зависимости от того, связывает второе средство (С2) соединения одну или другую из двух шестерен перехода от полого первичного вала на первый вторичный вал с этим валом.
14. Способ управления по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что переходы скоростей между гибридными передачами происходят без прерывания крутящего момента с сохранением тяги на каждом переходе либо при помощи двигателя внутреннего сгорания, либо при помощи электрической машины.
