R5 выбран из водорода и заместителя R5a;
R5a выбран из следующего: С1-2алкил, возможно содержащий в качестве заместителей один или более атомов фтора; С1-3алкокси, возможно содержащий в качестве заместителей один или более атомов фтора; галоген; циклопропил; циано; и амино;
R6 выбран из следующего: гидрокси; фтор; карбамоил; моно- или ди-С1-4алкилкарбамоил; нитро; амино; моно- или ди-С1-4алкиламино; моноциклическая карбоциклическая или гетероциклическая группа, содержащая от 3 до 7 членов кольца, из которых 0, 1 или 2 гетероатома кольца выбраны из O, N и S, где указанная карбоциклическая или гетероциклическая группа возможно содержит один или два заместителя R7c;
R7a, R7b, R7c, R7d, R7e и R7f каждый независимо выбран из следующего: оксо; амино; галоген; циано; гидрокси; С1-4алкил; гидрокси-С1-4алкил; амино-С1-4алкил; моно- и ди-С1-4алкиламино-С1-4алкил;
R8 выбран из следующего: гидрокси; галоген; циано; C(=NH)NHR9; C(=O)NR10R11; амино; моно- или ди-С1-4алкиламино; неароматическая моноциклическая карбоциклическая или гетероциклическая группа, содержащая от 3 до 7 членов кольца, из которых 0, 1 или 2 гетероатома кольца выбраны из О, N и S, причем указанная карбоциклическая или гетероциклическая группа возможно содержит от 1 до 2 заместителей R7d; и ароматическая гетероциклическая группа, выбранная из пиррола,
имидазола, пиразола, индола и пиридона, причем указанная гетероциклическая группа возможно содержит 1 или 2 заместителя R7e; при условии, что атом углерода ациклической С1-8 углеводородной группы, который связан непосредственно с фрагментом NR0, не может быть замещен гидроксигруппой или N-связанным заместителем;
R9 выбран из водорода, C1-4алкила и C1-4алканоила;
R10 выбран из водорода и C1-4 алкила;
R11 выбран из следующего: водород; гидрокси; C1-4алкокси; амино; моно- или ди-C1-4алкиламино; моноциклическая неароматическая карбоциклическая или гетероциклическая группа, включающая от 3 до 7 членов кольца, из которых 0, 1 или 2 гетероатома кольца выбраны из O, N и S, причем неароматическая карбоциклическая или гетероциклическая группа возможно содержит один или два заместителя R7f; и C1-6алкил, причем C1-6алкил возможно содержит 1, 2 или 3 земестителя R12;
или NR10R11 образует неароматическое гетероциклическое кольцо, содержащее в целом от 4 до 7 членов кольца, из которых 1 или 2 являются атомами азота, а другие являются атомами углерода, причем указанное гетероциклическое кольцо возможно содержит один или более заместителей, выбранных из гидрокси, амино и С1-4алкила;
R12 выбран из следующего: гидрокси; C1-4алкокси; циано; С1-4алкоксикарбонил; амино; моно- или ди-С1-4алкиламино; C3-6циклоалкиламино; CONH2; CONH(C1-4алкил); CON(C1-4алкил)2 и группа -NH-CH2-Cyc; где Cyc представляет собой бензоловое, фурановое, тиофеновое или пиридиновое кольцо;
R13 выбран из следующего: галоген; циано; нитро; CH=NOH; и группа Ra-Rb; и возможно дополнительно выбран из оксо;
Ra представляет собой связь, О, СО, X1C(Х2), C(X2)Х1, X1C(Х2)Х1, S, SO, SO2, NRc, SO2NRc или NRcSO2;
Rb представляет собой водород, циклическую группу Rd или ациклическую С1-8 углеводородную группу, возможно содержащую один или более заместителей, выбранных из гидрокси, оксо, галогена, циано, нитро, карбокси, амино, моно- или ди-С1-4алкиламино и циклической группы Rd; причем один или два, но не все атомы углерода в ациклической С1-8 углеводородной группе могут быть необязательно заменены на О, S, SO, SO2, NRc, X1C(Х2), C(Х2)Х1 или X1C(Х2)Х1; SO2NRc или NRcSO2;
циклическая группа Rd представляет собой моноциклическую карбоциклическую или гетероциклическую группу, содержащую от 3 до 7 членов кольца, из которых 0, 1, 2 или 3 гетероатома кольца выбраны из O, N и S и их окисленных форм, причем карбоциклическая или гетероциклическая группа возможно содержит один или более
заместителей, выбранных из R14; исключая комбинацию, в которой Ra представляет собой связь, и Rb представляет собой водород;
R14 выбран из оксо; галогена; циано; и Ra-Re;
Re представляет собой водород или ациклическую С1-8 углеводородную группу, возможно содержащую один или более заместителей, выбранных из следующих: фенил; гидрокси; оксо; галоген; циано; карбокси; амино; моно- или ди-C1-4алкиламино; причем один или два, но не все атомы углерода в ациклической С1-8 углеводородной группе могут быть необязательно заменены на O, S, SO, SO2, NRc, X1C(Х2), C(Х2)Х1 или X1C(Х2)Х1; SO2NRc или NRcSO2;

4. Соединение по любому из пп. 1-3, отличающееся тем, что R1a выбран из следующего:
- ациклическая С1-8 углеводородная группа, возможно содержащая один заместитель R6, причем один атом углерода в ациклической С1-8 углеводородной группе могут быть необязательно заменены гетероатомом O; и
- моноциклическая карбоциклическая или гетероциклическая группа, содержащая 3, 4, 5 или 6 членов кольца, из которых 0, 1 или 2 гетероатома кольца выбраны из O и N, где указанная карбоциклическая или гетероциклическая группа возможно содержит один или два заместителя R7a.
5. Соединение по п. 4, отличающееся тем, что R1a представляет собой этил.
6. Соединение по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что R2 выбран из водорода и группы R2a, причем R2a выбран из следующего: С1-8 алкильная группа, возможно содержащая заместитель R8; циклогексил, содержащий заместитель R7b; пиридин, возможно содержащий заместитель R7b; и тетрагидроизохинолин; причем заместитель R8 выбран из следующего: гидрокси; C(=O)NR10R11; пиперидин; пиррол и имидазол.
7. Соединение по п. 6, отличающееся тем, что R2 представляет собой группу R2a, где R2a представляет собой С1-8 алкильную группу, возможно содержащую заместитель R8; причем заместитель R8 выбран из гидрокси и C(=O)NR10R11.
8. Соединение по п. 6, отличающееся тем, что R2 представляет собой водород.
9. Соединение по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что R4a представляет собой фтор.
10. Соединение по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что R5 представляет собой фтор или хлор.
11. Соединение по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что R3 выбран из следующего: 6-членные моноциклические или гетероарильные группы, содержащие 0, 1 или 2 азотов в кольце и возможно содержащие один или более заместителей R13; 9-членные бициклические гетероарильные группы, содержащие 1, 2, 3 или 4 гетероатомов кольца, выбранных из O, N и S, и возможно содержащие один или более заместителей R13; 9- и 10-членные частично ароматические бициклические гетероциклические группы, содержащие бензоловое кольцо, сопряженное с неароматическим 5- или 6-членным гетероциклическим кольцом, содержащим 1 или 2 гетероатома, выбранных из O, N и S, причем указанные частично ароматические бициклические гетероциклические группы могут необязательно содержать один или два заместителя, выбранных из оксо и R13.
12. Соединение по п. 11, отличающееся тем, что R3 выбран из следующего: фенил и пиридил, каждый из которых возможно содержит один или более заместителей R13; и 9-членные частично ароматические бициклические гетероциклические группы, содержащие бензоловое кольцо, сопряженное с неароматическим 5-членным гетероциклическим кольцом, содержащим 1 или 2 гетероатома, выбранных из O и N, причем указанные частично ароматические бициклические гетероциклические группы являются незамещенными или содержат один или два заместителя, выбранных из С1-4 алкила.
13. Соединение по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что заместители R13 выбраны из следующего: галоген; циано; нитро; CH=NOH; и группа Ra-Rb;
Ra представляет собой связь, О, СО, X1C(Х2), C(Х2)Х1, SO2, NRc, SO2NRc или NRcSO2;
Rb представляет собой водород, циклическую группу Rd; или ациклическая С1-8 углеводородную группу, возможно содержащую один или более заместителей, выбранных
из следующих: гидрокси, оксо, галоген, циано, амино, моно- или ди-C1-4алкиламино и циклическая группа Rd; причем один или два, но не все атомы углерода в ациклической C1-8 углеводородной группе могут быть необязательно заменены на O, NRc, X1C(Х2), C(Х2)Х1 или X1C(Х2)Х1; SO2NRc или NRcSO2, и при этом циклическая группа Rd представляет собой моноциклическую карбоциклическую или гетероциклическую группу, содержащую от 3 до 7 членов кольца, из которых 0, 1, 2 или 3 гетероатома кольца выбраны из O и N, причем карбоциклическая или гетероциклическая группа возможно содержит один или более заместителей, выбранных из R14; исключая комбинацию, в которой Ra представляет собой связь, a Rb представляет собой водород;
R14 выбран из следующего: циано и Ra-Re;
Re представляет собой водород или ациклическую С1-8 углеводородную группу, возможно содержащую один или более заместителей, выбранных из следующих: фенил гидрокси;
X1 представляет собой O или NRc;
X2 представляет собой =O или =NRc; и
Rc представляет собой водород или С1-4алкил.
15. Соединение по п. 14, имеющее формулу (2а):
или соль, N-оксид или таутомер указанного соединения, где:
R15 выбран из следующего: водород; заместитель R8; ациклическая С1-3 углеводородная группа, возможно содержащая один или два заместителя R8 причем один
атом углерода в ациклической С1-3 углеводородной группе может быть необязательно заменен гетероатомом или группой, выбранной из О и NRc при условии, что сохраняется по меньшей мере один атом углерода ациклической С1-3 углеводородной группы; моноциклическая карбоциклическая или гетероциклическая группа, содержащая от 3 до 7 членов кольца, из которых 0, 1 или 2 члена кольца являются гетероатомами, выбранными из O, N и S; и бициклическая гетероциклическая группа, содержащая от 9 до 10 членов кольца, из которых 1 или 2 члена кольца являются атомами азота, при этом одно из колец указанной бициклической гетероциклической группы является неароматическим азотсодержащим кольцом; и при этом указанная моноциклическая карбоциклическая или гетероциклическая группа и бициклическая гетероциклическая группа каждая может необязательно содержать один или два заместителя R7b;
R16 выбран из водорода и С1-4 алкил; и
А, Е, R0, R1a, R3, R4a, R5 и R8 имеют значения, определенные в п. 14.
16. Соединение по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что
А представляет собой СН;
Ε представляет собой СН;
R0 представляет собой водород или этил;
R1a выбран из следующего:
- С1-5алкил, незамещенный или содержащий заместитель, выбранный из следующих:
- амино;
- гидрокси;
- метокси;
- фтор;
- изопропиламино;
- пиридиламинокарбонил; и
- C(O)NH2;
- тетрагидропиридил;
- пиридил;
- пиперидинил;
- пиперидинилметил;
- пиперидинил;

- тетрагидрофуранил;
- тетрагидропиранил;
- тетрагидропиранилметил; и
- дигидроимидазолил;
R2 выбран из водорода и R2a;

- имидазолил, причем имидазолил возможно содержит в качестве заместителей одну или две метильные или этильные группы;

R4 выбран из фтора хлора; и
R5 выбран из фтора, хлора, метила и этила.
17. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая соединение согласно любому из пп. 1-16 и фармацевтически приемлемое вспомогательное вещество.
18. Соединение по любому из пп. 1-16 для применения в медицине, например, в профилактике или лечении инфекций, вызываемых вирусом гепатита C (HCV).
19. Комбинация соединения по любому из пп. 1-16 и (i) дополнительного агента против вируса гепатита C или (ii) противоракового агента.
