Abstract
Способ переработки нефтяных газов, включающий компримирование исходного газа, низкотемпературную сепарацию, деэтанизацию и выделение пропановой, бутановой, пентановой фракций, отличающийся тем, что конденсат, полученный при низкотемпературном разделении, используют в качестве хладагента, образуя холодильный цикл, при этом часть конденсата дросселируют, охлаждая сжатый газожидкостной поток, выделившуюся газовую фазу сжимают и смешивают со сжатым газожидкостным потоком, а жидкую фазу, оставшуюся после испарения, смешивают, повышая давление, с другой частью конденсата и направляют на газофракционирование.A method of processing petroleum gases, including compression of the source gas, low-temperature separation, deethanization and separation of propane, butane, pentane fractions, characterized in that the condensate obtained by low-temperature separation is used as a refrigerant, forming a refrigeration cycle, while part of the condensate is throttled, cooling the compressed gas-liquid stream, the evolved gas phase is compressed and mixed with the compressed gas-liquid stream, and the liquid phase remaining after evaporation is mixed, increasing pouring, with another part of the condensate and sent to gas fractionation.
