Abstract
1. Способ выделения церия из нитратного раствора, содержащего сумму редкоземельных элементов, включающий окисление церия до четырехвалентного состояния пероксидом водорода, осаждение церия аммиаком, путем одновременного введения их отдельными порциями при постоянном перемешивании пульпы, контроль полноты протекания реакций, нагрев пульпы до заданной температуры, последующую фильтрацию, промывку осадка и сушку полученного гидроксида церия, отличающийся тем, что операции окисления и осаждения проводят при температуре раствора 40-50°С, затем пульпу нагревают до заданной температуры и выдерживают при заданном рН в течение заданного времени с последующим введением в пульпу азотной кислоты до значения рН 4,5, перед фильтрацией осуществляют выдержку пульпы для стабилизации рН, а полученный осадок гидроксида церия промывают дистиллированной водой методом репульпации-фильтрации.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что операции окисления и осаждения церия осуществляют при рН 5,8-6,0, а в качестве осадителя используют газообразный аммиак.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что после окончания операции окисления-осаждения пульпу нагревают до температуры 75-85°С для удаления избытка перекиси водорода и выдерживают в течение 30-60 мин для созревания осадка, поддерживая рН пульпы на уровне 5,8 аммиаком или азотной кислотой.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что выдержку пульпы перед фильтрацией выбирают в диапазоне 1-1,5 ч, а промывку полученного осадка осуществляют дистиллированной водой при соотношении Т:Ж=1:3 не менее чем в две стадии.1. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the exposure of the pulp before filtration is selected in the range of 1-1.5 h, and the resulting precipitate is washed with distilled water at a ratio of S: W = 1: 3 in at least two stages.
