Abstract

1. The product of claim 2, wherein the plasticizer contains one or more of the following: triacetin (glycerol triacetate), diethylene glycol diacetate, triethylene glycol diacetate, methyl phthalylethyl glycolate, dibutyl phthalate, tripropionine, acetyl triethyl citrate, triethyl citrate, and mixtures of triacetin and one or more polyethylene glycols. The product according to claim 1, wherein the product is in the form of a thread.5. The product according to claim 1, wherein the product is in the form of fabric.6. The product of claim 1, wherein the mixed phase titanium dioxide particles have a surface area of from about 10 to about 300 m/g. The product according to claim 1, in which the particles of mixed-phase titanium dioxide have an average particle size from 1 nm to 100 nm.8. 1.
