Abstract
1. Способ изготовления модифицированного серобетонного вещества, включающий в себя:этап нагревания, на котором осуществляют нагревание, по меньшей мере, внутренней части формы, имеющей приблизительно круговое поперечное сечение и заданное в ней пространство, до точки плавления серы или выше при вращении формы; иэтап заливки расплавленного серосодержащего материала, на котором заливают расплавленный серосодержащий материал, содержащий расплавленную серу, в форму, нагретую на этапе нагревания во время вращения.2. Способ изготовления модифицированного серобетонного вещества по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий этап чистовой обработки, на котором осуществляют прижатие и выравнивание внутренней поверхности, которая является противоположной наружной поверхности, входящей в контакт с формой, полуотвердевшего частично отвердевшего расплавленного серосодержащего материала посредством шпателя, когда температура внутренней поверхности составляет 110-115˚C.3. Способ изготовления модифицированного серобетонного вещества по п. 2, в котором на этапе чистовой обработки внутреннюю поверхность повторно нагревают, прижимают и выравнивают посредством шпателя.4. Способ изготовления модифицированного серобетонного вещества по п. 2, в котором на этапе чистовой обработки внутреннюю поверхность прижимают и выравнивают посредствомшпателя при вращении формы при центробежной силе в 5G или более.5.
