A paper container for planting and its manufacturing method are provided. The manufacturing method includes following steps: arranging molds, which provides an outer mold and an inner mold, wherein the inner mold is placed in the outer mold, with a molding gap disposed between the two molds; preparing pulp, which provides a pulp material; pouring, which pours the pulp material into the molding gap; centrifugal dehydrating, which drives the outer mold to rotate against the inner mold, whereby the pulp material is dehydrated to form a paper container by centrifugal force; and demolding, which removes the inner mold from the outer mold, and further detaches the paper container form the outer mold to acquire the paper container.
