Abstract
1. Способ обезвоживания водосодержащих нефтяных отходов, включающий их нагрев в замкнутом объеме с давлением ниже атмосферного до температуры, соответствующей температуре насыщения воды при соответствующем давлении в замкнутом объеме, отличающийся тем, что водосодержащие нефтяные отходы предварительно нагревают до температуры 50-80°C, перемешивают и доводят их температуру до 100-110°C, после чего подают в замкнутый объем с давлением в нем 0,05-0,1 ата, в котором происходит распыление водосодержащих нефтяных отходов снизу вверх с отбором и удалением паров воды, далее организуют тонкопленочное стекание оставшейся нефтеводяной эмульсии по поверхностям, обогреваемым низкопотенциальными теплоносителями с температурой 100-250°C, с отбором и удалением паров воды.2. Способ обезвоживания по п.1, в котором водосодержащие нефтяные отходы распыливают в замкнутом объеме с помощью форсунки с формированием факела распыла.3. Способ обезвоживания по п.1, в котором водосодержащие нефтяные отходы нагревают до 100-110°C и подают в замкнутый объем при давлении 10-25 ата.4. Способ обезвоживания по п.1, в котором в качестве низкопотенциальных теплоносителей используют дымовые газы с температурой 170-250°C.5. Способ обезвоживания по п.1, в котором в качестве низкопотенциальных теплоносителей используют воду непрерывной продувки с температурой 100-150°C.1.
