Abstract
1. Способ лечения больных пародонтитом, заключающийся в фотодинамической терапии (ФДТ), включающей нанесение на участки воспаления геля для ФДТ с последующим воздействием на эту область диодного лазера красного спектра с временем воздействия, не превышающим 30 мин, причем перед проведением ФДТ проводят снятие над- и поддесневых зубных отложений с помощью ультразвукового аппарата и полировку зубов, отличающийся тем, что снятие над- и поддесневых зубных отложений проводят одномоментно с антисептической обработкой раствором «Октенисепт» в разведении 1:10; гель для ФДТ вводят в пародонтальные карманы, глубина которых 5 и более мм, причем гель для ФДТ вводят, а световод погружают на всю глубину пародонтальных карманов; лазерное воздействие осуществляют при мощности 0,3 Вт в импульсном режиме, плотности энергии 75 Дж/смне более 2 мин на один участок воспаления; курс лечения составляет 3 процедуры, проводимых через день, причем в дни между процедурами ФДТ проводят самостоятельную обработку десны гелем с бактериофагами «Фагодент» дважды в день с экспозицией геля 8-10 мин, после завершения проведения процедур ФДТ фаготерапию продолжают 5-7 дней.2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the removal of supra- and subgingival dental deposits is carried out with a PerioScan ultrasound apparatus. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the teeth are polished with an AirnGo sandblasting apparatus using glycine-based powder.
