Abstract
Способ получения хлористого калия из сильвинитовых руд, включающий их растворение в нагретом оборотном маточном растворе, выделение галитового отвала, выделение из слива растворителей солевого шлама в сгустителях и гидроциклонах, осветление слива сгустителей от глинисто-солевого шлама, кристаллизацию хлористого калия под вакуумом из осветленного раствора, сгущение суспензии кристаллизата и ее фильтрацию, нагрев оборотного раствора и возврат его на растворение, отличающийся тем, что сгущенный солевой шлам после сгустителей смешивают с нагретым оборотным маточным раствором до Ж:Т=2-4, полученную суспензию разделяют на гидроциклонах по граничному зерну 0,1÷0,2 мм, слив гидроциклонов направляют на растворение сильвинитовых руд, а «пески» гидроциклонов с Ж:Т=0,6-1,5 частично добавляют в сгущенную суспензию хлористого калия перед ее фильтрацией в количестве, необходимом для корректировки содержания KCl в сухом продукте до требований нормативной документации, а оставшуюся часть «песков» направляют на фильтрацию совместно с галитовым отвалом.A method of producing potassium chloride from sylvinite ores, including their dissolution in a heated reverse mother liquor, separation of a halite dump, separation of salt sludge from solvent drains in thickeners and hydrocyclones, clarification of thickeners from clay-sludge sludge, crystallization of potassium chloride under vacuum from a clarified solution, thickening the crystallizate suspension and filtering it, heating the circulating solution and returning it to dissolution, characterized in that the thickened saline sludge after thickeners is mixed with a heated circulating mother liquor up to W: T = 2-4, the suspension obtained is separated on hydrocyclones by a boundary grain of 0.1 ÷ 0.2 mm, the discharge of hydrocyclones is sent to dissolve sylvinite ores, and the “sands” of hydrocyclones with W: T = 0 , 6-1.5 is partially added to the thickened suspension of potassium chloride before it is filtered in the amount necessary to adjust the KCl content in the dry product to the requirements of regulatory documentation, and the rest of the “sand” is sent for filtration together with a halite dump.
