Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest proces recyklingu odpadów PET z odzyskaniem z nich kwasu tereftalowego oraz glikolu etylenowego poprzez roztworzenie odpadów PET w glikolu etylenowym na gorąco w obecności katalizatora, który to sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że uzyskany glikolizat rozpuszcza się w wodzie do uzyskania roztworu, a następnie oddziela się drogą filtracji nierozpuszczalne cząstki zanieczyszczeń obecnych w wyjściowym odpadzie PET otrzymując oczyszczony roztwór glikolizatu.The subject of the notification is the process of recycling PET waste with recovery of terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol from them by reconstitution of PET waste in hot ethylene glycol in the presence of a catalyst, which is characterized in that the obtained glycolysate dissolves in water to obtain a solution and then separates by filtration insoluble particles of impurities present in the original PET waste to obtain a purified glycolysate solution.
