Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что берут полиэтиленоксид с молярной массой 2000-100000 г·моль.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве параметров фазового перехода определяют область концентраций, где происходит фазовый переход, средние концентрации двух распределений ансамблей кластеров, энтальпии распределений образования двух ансамблей кластеров.1.
