Abstract

1. Способ (200) ремонта звукопоглощающей панели (100), содержащей структурирующую оболочку (120) из металлического материала, резистивный слой (110) из металлического материала и ячеистую структуру (130) в качестве звукопоглощающего материала, наложенную непосредственно на структурирующую оболочку (120) и резистивный слой (110), отличающийся тем, что содержит по меньшей мере один этап (203), на котором в толщу указанной панели (100) вводят по меньшей мере один армирующий стержень (30), и этап (204, 206), на котором прикрепляют указанный стержень (30) посредством сварки в контролируемой атмосфере соответственно к структурирующей оболочке (120) и к резистивному слою (110).2. Способ по п.1, в котором прикрепляют указанный стержень (30) последовательно к резистивному слою (110) и к структурирующей оболочке (120) панели (100).3. Способ по п.1, в котором армирующий стержень (30) вводят поперек ячеистой структуры (130) и ориентируют перпендикулярно к плоскостям резистивного слоя (110) и структурирующей оболочки (120) панели (100).4. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором этап (204) приваривания армирующего стержня (30) в контролируемой атмосфере представляет собой этап сварки под прямым углом и на обратной стороне свариваемых поверхностей.5. Способ по п.4, в котором на этапе (204) приваривания армирующего стержня (30) к резистивному слою (110) на резистивный слой (110), помимо сварочной горелки (40), помещают устройство (50) распространения инертного газа, а также помещают на структурирующую оболочку (120) с другой стороны панели (100) сопло (60) для выталкивания газа.6. Claims (10)

1. Способ (200) ремонта звукопоглощающей панели (100), содержащей структурирующую оболочку (120) из металлического материала, резистивный слой (110) из металлического материала и ячеистую структуру (130) в качестве звукопоглощающего материала, наложенную непосредственно на структурирующую оболочку (120) и резистивный слой (110), отличающийся тем, что содержит по меньшей мере один этап (203), на котором в толщу указанной панели (100) вводят по меньшей мере один армирующий стержень (30), и этап (204, 206), на котором прикрепляют указанный стержень (30) посредством сварки в контролируемой атмосфере соответственно к структурирующей оболочке (120) и к резистивному слою (110).
2. Способ по п.1, в котором прикрепляют указанный стержень (30) последовательно к резистивному слою (110) и к структурирующей оболочке (120) панели (100).
3. Способ по п.1, в котором армирующий стержень (30) вводят поперек ячеистой структуры (130) и ориентируют перпендикулярно к плоскостям резистивного слоя (110) и структурирующей оболочки (120) панели (100).
4. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором этап (204) приваривания армирующего стержня (30) в контролируемой атмосфере представляет собой этап сварки под прямым углом и на обратной стороне свариваемых поверхностей.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором на этапе (204) приваривания армирующего стержня (30) к резистивному слою (110) на резистивный слой (110), помимо сварочной горелки (40), помещают устройство (50) распространения инертного газа, а также помещают на структурирующую оболочку (120) с другой стороны панели (100) сопло (60) для выталкивания газа.

8. Способ по п.1, в котором перед введением армирующего стержня (30) и следом за этапом перфорирования осуществляют этап (202) удаления заусенцев с внутренней и наружной поверхностей резистивного слоя (110) и структурирующей оболочки (120).
9. Звукопоглощающая панель (100), получаемая с использованием способа ремонта по пп.1-8.
10. Гондола двигателя летательного аппарата, снабженная по меньшей мере одной акустической панелью по п.9.
