Abstract

1. Способ, содержащий:создание изображения изучаемой ткани субъекта, получаемое при компьютерной томографии (КТ) с контрастным усилением, с помощью системы (100) формирования изображения, имеющей источник излучения (112) и матрицу (118) детекторов, в которых одновременно формируются изображения пикового контрастного усиления изучаемой ткани, полного диапазона движения изучаемой ткани и всего изучаемого объема изучаемой ткани за один оборот источника излучения и матрицы детекторов системы формирования изображения.2. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий:реконструирование четырехмерного набора данных контрастного усиления на основе выхода сканирования ипланирование процедуры лечения на основе четырехмерного набора данных контрастного усиления.3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, дополнительно содержащий:реконструирование четырехмерного набора данных перфузии, которое предоставляет визуальную информацию, свидетельствующую о перфузии контрастного вещества через изучаемую ткань во время вращения.4. Способ по п. 1 или 2, где сканирование является мультиэнергетическим сканированием, при котором источник излучения переключается между, по меньшей мере, двумя различными пиковыми напряжениями во время вращения, и дополнительно содержащий:Генерацию, по меньшей мере, одного спектрального изображенияна основе данных, соответствующих только одному пиковому напряжению.5. Способ по п. 4, в котором, по меньшей мере, одно спектральное изображение предоставляет карту контрастного вещества.6. Claims (9)

1. Способ, содержащий:
создание изображения изучаемой ткани субъекта, получаемое при компьютерной томографии (КТ) с контрастным усилением, с помощью системы (100) формирования изображения, имеющей источник излучения (112) и матрицу (118) детекторов, в которых одновременно формируются изображения пикового контрастного усиления изучаемой ткани, полного диапазона движения изучаемой ткани и всего изучаемого объема изучаемой ткани за один оборот источника излучения и матрицы детекторов системы формирования изображения.
2. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий:
реконструирование четырехмерного набора данных контрастного усиления на основе выхода сканирования и
планирование процедуры лечения на основе четырехмерного набора данных контрастного усиления.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, дополнительно содержащий:
реконструирование четырехмерного набора данных перфузии, которое предоставляет визуальную информацию, свидетельствующую о перфузии контрастного вещества через изучаемую ткань во время вращения.
4. Способ по п. 1 или 2, где сканирование является мультиэнергетическим сканированием, при котором источник излучения переключается между, по меньшей мере, двумя различными пиковыми напряжениями во время вращения, и дополнительно содержащий:
Генерацию, по меньшей мере, одного спектрального изображения
на основе данных, соответствующих только одному пиковому напряжению.
5. Способ по п. 4, в котором, по меньшей мере, одно спектральное изображение предоставляет карту контрастного вещества.
6. Способ по п. 5, дополнительно содержащий
моделирование ответа на лечение, основанного на карте контрастного вещества.
7. Система (100) формирования изображения, содержащая:
источник излучения (112), который вращается вокруг зоны (106) исследования вокруг оси z и испускает излучение, которое проходит через зону исследования;
матрицу детекторов (118), расположенную поперек зоны для исследования, напротив источника излучения, которая обнаруживает излучение, проходящее через зону исследования;
причем матрица детекторов включает в себя множество рядов детекторов вдоль направления оси z, обеспечивая зону охвата по оси z;
причем зона охвата такова, что весь изучаемый объем изучаемой ткани, находящейся в движении, сканируется в течение одного оборота источника;
при этом сканирование осуществляется в течение одного оборота и охватывает полный цикл движения изучаемой ткани, и
причем сканирование отображает пиковое накопление контрастного вещества изучаемой тканью в течение оборота,
реконструктор (120), который реконструирует четырехмерный набор данных контрастного усиления на основе сканирования.
8. Система по п. 7, дополнительно содержащая:
контроллер (116) источника, который управляет пиковым напряжением источника, причем контроллер переключает пиковое напряжение между, по меньшей мере, двумя различными пиковыми напряжениями при сканировании.
9. Система по п. 7, дополнительно содержащая:
систему (128) планирования лечения, которая использует реконструированный четырехмерный набор данных контрастного усиления для генерации плана лечения для пациента для лечения изучаемой ткани.
