Способ сжигания кавитационного водоугольного топлива в топке кипящего слоя инертного материала, снижающий образование вредных выбросов оксидов азота и серы, заключающийся в создании кипящего слоя инертного материала в топке посредством подачи под него нагретого воздуха и последующей подаче сверху на него кавитационного водоугольного топлива, отличающийся тем, что кавитационное водоугольное топливо сжигают в две ступени, на первой ступени топливо воспламеняют в низкотемпературном кипящем слое инертного материала при температуре 930-1000°C и недостатке кислорода, а на второй ступени это топливо дожигают в верхней части топки при температуре 1000-1200°C с добавлением вторичного воздуха.
