Abstract
Способ сжигания кавитационного водоугольного топлива в топке кипящего слоя инертного материала, снижающий образование вредных выбросов оксидов азота и серы, заключающийся в создании кипящего слоя инертного материала в топке посредством подачи под него нагретого воздуха и последующей подаче сверху на него кавитационного водоугольного топлива, отличающийся тем, что кавитационное водоугольное топливо сжигают в две ступени, на первой ступени топливо воспламеняют в низкотемпературном кипящем слое инертного материала при температуре 930-1000°C и недостатке кислорода, а на второй ступени это топливо дожигают в верхней части топки при температуре 1000-1200°C с добавлением вторичного воздуха.A method of burning cavitational coal-water fuel in the furnace of a fluidized bed of inert material, which reduces the formation of harmful emissions of nitrogen and sulfur oxides, which consists in creating a fluidized bed of inert material in the furnace by supplying heated air under it and then supplying cavitational water-coal fuel from above, characterized in that cavitation water-coal fuel is burned in two stages; in the first stage, fuel is ignited in a low-temperature fluidized bed of an inert material at a temperature of 930-1 000 ° C and lack of oxygen, and in the second stage, this fuel is burned in the upper part of the furnace at a temperature of 1000-1200 ° C with the addition of secondary air.
