Способ лечения экссудативного среднего отита путем проведения эндоуральной ультразвуковой терапии, включающей ультразвуковое воздействие на ткани среднего уха с использованием лекарственного средства в качестве среды, отличающийся тем, что в качестве среды используют раствор препарата тиамфеникола глицинат ацетилцистеината, а ультразвуковое воздействие проводят при амплитуде колебаний 40 мкм частоте 26,5 кГц продолжительностью 15 с, курсом 7 процедур, проводимых ежедневно.A method of treating exudative otitis media by conducting endoural ultrasound therapy, including ultrasonic treatment of middle ear tissue using a drug as a medium, characterized in that a solution of thiamphenicol glycinate acetylcysteinate is used as the medium, and the ultrasonic treatment is carried out at a vibration amplitude of 40 μm frequency 26.5 kHz for a duration of 15 s, a course of 7 procedures conducted daily.

Способ лечения экссудативного среднего отита путем проведения эндоуральной ультразвуковой терапии, включающей ультразвуковое воздействие на ткани среднего уха с использованием лекарственного средства в качестве среды, отличающийся тем, что в качестве среды используют раствор препарата тиамфеникола глицинат ацетилцистеината, а ультразвуковое воздействие проводят при амплитуде колебаний 40 мкм частоте 26,5 кГц продолжительностью 15 с, курсом 7 процедур, проводимых ежедневно.
