Abstract
Способ получения огнезащитного покрытия для резин путем нанесения покрытия на основе хлорсульфированного полиэтилена, органического растворителя-толуола в сочетании с фосфорсодержащим соединением, и последующей сушки покрытия при комнатной температуре, отличающийся тем, что в качестве фосфорсодержащего соединения используют фосфорборазотсодежащий олигомер, предварительно полученный в результате взаимодействия бората метилфосфита, эпоксидной смолы ЭД-20 и анилина в массовом соотношении 2,5:1:2,5 в количестве 0,5-3,0 мас.ч на 100 мас.ч покрытия, причем покрытие наносят слоем толщиной 1 мм, а сушку осуществляют в течение 1 суток.A method of obtaining a fire retardant coating for rubbers by coating on the basis of chlorosulfonated polyethylene, an organic solvent-toluene in combination with a phosphorus-containing compound, and subsequent drying of the coating at room temperature, characterized in that the phosphorus-containing compound is a phosphorus-boron-containing oligomer previously obtained by the interaction of borate methylphosphite, epoxy resin ED-20 and aniline in a mass ratio of 2.5: 1: 2.5 in an amount of 0.5-3.0 wt.h per 100 wt.h coated Ia, the coating layer is applied to 1 mm thick, and drying was carried out for 1 day.
