Abstract
1. Наноструктурированный сварочный материал для сварки и наплавки, состоящий из металлического сердечника, покрытого оболочкой из смеси полимера с активирующим флюсом, отличающийся тем, что состав оболочки дополнительно содержит наноразмерные частицы карбидов и редкоземельных металлов, при следующем соотношении объемов полимера, активирующего флюса, карбидов и редкоземельных металлов:полимер - 40-93%;активирующий флюс - 3-50%;наноразмерные частицы карбидов - 2-55%;наноразмерные частицы редкоземельных металлов - 2-5%.2. Наноструктурированный сварочный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что сердечник состоит из металлической проволоки, или металлической ленты, или металлического порошка.3. Наноструктурированный сварочный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он содержит полимер, выбранный из группы: политетрафторэтилен, полиамид, полиимид.4. Наноструктурированный сварочный материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он содержит карбид или смесь карбидов, выбираемых из группы: карбид вольфрама, карбид хрома, карбид молибдена, карбид ванадия, карбид титана, карбид ниобия, карбид гафния, карбид тантала, карбид бора, карбид циркония.1. Nanostructured welding material according to claim 1, characterized in that the core consists of a metal wire, or a metal tape, or a metal powder. Nanostructured welding material according to claim 1, characterized in that it contains a polymer selected from the group: polytetrafluoroethylene, polyamide, polyimide. 4. The nanostructured welding material according to claim 1, characterized in that it contains a carbide or a mixture of carbides selected from the group: tungsten carbide, chromium carbide, molybdenum carbide, vanadium carbide, titanium carbide, niobium carbide, hafnium carbide, tantalum carbide, boron carbide, zirconium carbide.
