Abstract
1. Устройство для получения угля из возобновимого органического сырья, включающее топку, сообщающуюся с пиролизной камерой, содержащей цилиндрические реторты с газосборными элементами в нижней части, соединенными посредством газоотводных труб с топкой, отличающееся тем, что топка отделена от пиролизной камеры посредством перфорированной стенки, пиролизная камера разделена перфорированными стенками на отсеки, в каждом из которых размещено, по меньшей мере, по две реторты, при этом в нижней части стенки, отделяющей топку от пиролизной камеры, выполнено, по меньшей мере, одно отверстие, в которое вставлен элемент из жаропрочного материала со сквозными отверстиями, в которые выведены газоотводные трубы, концы газоотводных труб размещены в средней части элемента из жаропрочного материала, а плоскость этого элемента, в которую выходят сквозные отверстия, расположена под углом к поду топки.2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что смежный с топкой отсек пиролизной камеры соединен газовой магистралью с одним из отсеков в средней части пиролизной камеры.3. Устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что верхняя часть топки выполнена в форме арочного свода.4. Устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что в верхнем перекрытии каждого из отсеков пиролизной камеры вмонтирован снабженный крышкой полый цилиндрический элемент, внутренний диаметр которого превышает наружный диаметр реторты, при этом верхнее перекрытие отсека выполнено в виде двух параллельных металлических листов, пространство между которыми сообщено с атмосферой и внутренним объемом отсека.1. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the pyrolysis chamber compartment adjacent to the firebox is connected by a gas main to one of the compartments in the middle part of the pyrolysis chamber. The device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the upper part of the firebox is made in the form of an arched vault. The device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that in the upper overlap of each of the compartments of the pyrolysis chamber there is mounted a hollow cylindrical element equipped with a lid, the inner diameter of which exceeds the outer diameter of the retort, while the upper overlap of the compartment is made in the form of two parallel metal sheets, the space between which are communicated with the atmosphere and the internal volume of the compartment.
