Abstract
Способ модифицирования углеродного гемосорбента, включающий пропитку гранул водным раствором аминокислоты, фильтрование и сушку с последующими выдержкой в инертной среде и высушиванием полученного продукта, отличющийся тем, что в качестве аминокислоты используют аргинин в виде водного раствора с концентрацией 10-15%, пропитку, фильтрование и сушку гранул проводят дважды, при этом пропитку проводят при соотношении гемосорбент: раствор аргинина 1:2-5, температуре 20-25°C в течение 0,5-1,5 ч и постоянном перемешивании, а последующую выдержку в потоке инертного газа проводят при температуре 150-200°C в течение 0,25-0,5 ч.A method of modifying carbon hemosorbent, comprising impregnating the granules with an aqueous solution of an amino acid, filtering and drying, followed by exposure to an inert medium and drying the resulting product, characterized in that arginine is used as an amino acid in the form of an aqueous solution with a concentration of 10-15%, impregnation, filtration and the granules are dried twice, while the impregnation is carried out at a ratio of hemosorbent: arginine solution 1: 2-5, temperature 20-25 ° C for 0.5-1.5 hours and constant stirring, and subsequent exposure to sweat ke inert gas is carried out at a temperature of 150-200 ° C for 0.25-0.5 hours
