Abstract
Способ прогнозирования эффективности лечения пациентов с неходжкинскими злокачественными лимфомами высокой степени злокачественности, включающий анализ генотипа пациента, отличающийся тем, что прогнозируют вероятность достижения ремиссии, 5-летнего общего и безрецидивного выживания, для чего исследуют полиморфизм G13494A 6-го интрона гена ТР53 пациента и при выявлении у пациента гомозиготного генотипа G/G в данном локусе прогнозируют малую вероятность 5-летнего выживания пациента и отсутствия рецидива, а при выявлении у пациента гетерозиготного генотипа А/А или G/A в данном локусе прогнозируют высокую вероятность наступления ремиссии и 5-летнего выживания пациента.A method for predicting the effectiveness of treatment of patients with non-Hodgkin malignant lymphomas of high malignancy, including analysis of the patient’s genotype, characterized in that they predict the likelihood of achieving remission, 5-year overall and disease-free survival, for which polymorphism G13494A of the 6th intron of the TP53 gene of the patient is examined and if a patient with a homozygous G / G genotype at this locus predicts a low probability of a patient's 5-year survival and the absence of relapse, and if a patient finds heterosis otnogo genotype A / A or G / A in a given locus predict a high probability of remission and 5-year patient survival.
