Abstract
1. Способ гравирования металлической подложки (I) путем микродробеструйной обработки, характеризующийся тем, что гравируемая поверхность определяется маскированием с использованием экрана (1), (2), предварительно закрепленного на указанной металлической подложке (I), при этом вышеупомянутый экран (1), (2) изготовлен из удаляемого адгезивного вещества.2. Способ по п.1, характеризующийся тем, что указанная металлическая подложка (1) изготовлена из полированной или неполированной нержавеющей стали.3. Способ по п.1, характеризующийся тем, что используют различные стеклянные или стальные шарики разного диаметра для получения несколько разных типов отделки поверхности.4. Способ по п.1, характеризующийся тем, что используют наложение разных форм и разные отделки поверхности для получения последовательно нескольких маркировок.5. Способ по пп.1-4, характеризующийся тем, что используют режущая машина для адгезивного материала и устройство микродробеструйной обработки, содержащее пистолет (10), снабженный защитным чехлом (1), который позиционируют относительно адгезивного материала (1), (2) при помощи прицела (17) и мишени (30).6. Способ по п.5, характеризующийся тем, что указанный адгезивный материал (1), (2) с вырезом изготовлен из мономера ПВХ и имеет толщину от 0,2 до 0,5 мм.7. Способ по п.5, характеризующийся тем, что внутри пистолета установлена форсунка (14), нагнетающая шарики (20), с возможностью перемещения при помощи электроприводов(15).8. Способ по п.5, характеризующийся тем, что шарики собирают при помощи всасывающей трубки (16), расположенной внутри корпуса пистолета.1.
