Abstract
1. Установка (10) для очистки загрязненного сыпучего материала, содержащая:а) приемное и транспортировочное устройство (12, 14, 16, 22, 29, 34) для приема и транспортировки загрязненного сыпучего материала внутри установки (10),б) механическое разделительное устройство (19) для механического разделения сыпучего материала и/или шлама с подающим устройством (40) и смешивающим устройством (18) для подачи и подмешивания зерен заполнителя и воды к загрязненному сыпучему материалу,в) просеивающее устройство (25) с качающимся ситом (24) для отделения крупнозернистых составных частей, прежде всего зерен заполнителя,г) центрифугу (28) для отделения загрязнений от сыпучего материала,д) классификатор (30) в восходящем потоке для выноса в восходящем потоке отделенных взвешенных частиц из сыпучего материала,е) обезвоживающее средство для разделения очищенного сыпучего материала и содержащейся в нем воды,отличающаясяж) генератором водяного пара, который обрабатывает сыпучий материал водяным паром.2. Установка (10) для очистки загрязненного сыпучего материала по п.1, отличающаяся первым генератором (20) воды высокого давления, который очищает сыпучий материал высоким давлением.3. Установка (10) для очистки загрязненного сыпучего материала по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что первый генератор (20) воды высокого давления подает воду и/или водяной пар с высоким давлением в подающее устройство (40) и смешивающее устройство (18).4. Установка (10) для очистки загрязненного сыпучего материала по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что предусмотрено устройство для обезвоживания образующегося при очистке шлама.5.
