Abstract

1. The method of transfection using a conjugate of a cationic peptide with a ligand of the CXCR4 receptor, used as part of a carrier of genetic constructs for targeted delivery of nucleic acids to cells on the surface of which a CXCR4 receptor is presented, characterized in that the carrier composition includes a ligand sequence for the CXCR4 receptor on cell surfaces - KPVSLSYRSPSRFFESH; - linker site of two ε-aminohexanoic acid molecules connecting the ligand sequence to the sequence for compaction of the genetic the sequence providing nucleic acid compaction and exit of complexes from endosomes - CHRRRRRRHC.2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that plasmid DNA is used as the genetic material for the carriers. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the oligonucleotide sequences of RNA and DNA interfering with RNA are used as genetic material.
