Abstract
1. Способ получения смеси компонентов топлива, отличающийся тем, что способ включаетобеспечение сырья биологического происхождения, выбранного из таллового масла, сырого таллового масла, смол и смоляных кислот, полученных из растений, и биомасла из гидропиролизованной древесины;одностадийное гидрирование указанного сырья биологического происхождение и газообразного водорода в присутствии каталитической системы, включающей NiW катализатор на носителе из цеолит-AlO, с образованием смеси компонентов топлива.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что катализатор разбавлен карбидом кремния, оксидом алюминия, стеклянными шариками, менее активным аналогичным катализатором и/или инертными ингредиентами.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что каталитическая система включает, по меньшей мере, один защитный слой.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на стадию гидрирования подают дополнительную серу.5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что водород извлекают и возвращают обратно на стадию гидрирования.6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что часть смеси компонентов топлива возвращают обратно в сырье биологического происхождения и/или на стадию гидрирования.7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стадию гидрирования проводят при температуре в диапазоне от приблизительно 280°С до приблизительно 500°С, предпочтительно, от приблизительно 330°С до приблизительно 430°С.8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стадию гидрирования проводят при давлении от приблизительно 30 до приблизительно 200 бар, предпочтительно, при давлении от приблизительно 70 до приблизительно 100 бар, наиболее предпочтительно, от приблизительно 50 до приблизительно 90 бар.9. Claims (19)
1. Способ получения смеси компонентов топлива, отличающийся тем, что способ включает
обеспечение сырья биологического происхождения, выбранного из таллового масла, сырого таллового масла, смол и смоляных кислот, полученных из растений, и биомасла из гидропиролизованной древесины;
одностадийное гидрирование указанного сырья биологического происхождение и газообразного водорода в присутствии каталитической системы, включающей NiW катализатор на носителе из цеолит-Al2O3, с образованием смеси компонентов топлива.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что катализатор разбавлен карбидом кремния, оксидом алюминия, стеклянными шариками, менее активным аналогичным катализатором и/или инертными ингредиентами.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что каталитическая система включает, по меньшей мере, один защитный слой.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на стадию гидрирования подают дополнительную серу.
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что водород извлекают и возвращают обратно на стадию гидрирования.
6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что часть смеси компонентов топлива возвращают обратно в сырье биологического происхождения и/или на стадию гидрирования.
7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стадию гидрирования проводят при температуре в диапазоне от приблизительно 280°С до приблизительно 500°С, предпочтительно, от приблизительно 330°С до приблизительно 430°С.
8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стадию гидрирования проводят при давлении от приблизительно 30 до приблизительно 200 бар, предпочтительно, при давлении от приблизительно 70 до приблизительно 100 бар, наиболее предпочтительно, от приблизительно 50 до приблизительно 90 бар.
9. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что WHSV сырьевого материала находится в диапазоне от приблизительно 0,4 до приблизительно 3, более типично от 0,5 до 1,25 и предпочтительно от 0,7 до 0,9.
10. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что любой из компонентов может быть выделен из полученной смеси компонентов топлива.
11. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что способ дополнительно включает стадию гидрогенизационной доочистки для обработки полученной смеси компонентов топлива.
12. Устройство для получения смеси компонентов топлива из сырья биологического происхождения, выбранного из талового масла, сырого талового масла, смол и смоляных кислот, полученных из растений, и биомасла из гидропиролизованной древесины, отличающееся тем, что устройство включает
- первое впускное отверстие (2) для загрузки сырья биологического происхождения
- по меньшей мере, одно первое впускное отверстие (4) для водорода и
- по меньшей мере, один реактор (8) гидрирования, включающий слой (12) катализатора из NiW катализатора на подложке из цеолит-Al2O3 для одностадийного получения смеси компонентов топлива.
13. Устройство по п.12, отличающееся тем, что устройство включает, по меньшей мере, одно впускное отверстие (3, 11) для серы.
14. Устройство по п.12 или 13, отличающееся тем, что устройство включает первое выпускное отверстие (5) разделительного блока для подачи газов в первый разделительный блок (13) и первое выпускное отверстие (6) возврата водорода для возврата водорода обратно в первое впускное отверстие (4) для водорода.
15. Устройство по п.12, отличающееся тем, что реактор (8) гидрирования включает защитный слой (10).
16. Устройство по п.12, отличающееся тем, что устройство включает, по меньшей мере, один блок (22, 24) для защитного слоя.
17. Устройство по п.12, отличающееся тем, что устройство дополнительно включает, по меньшей мере, один реактор (40) гидрогенизационной доочистки для гидрогенизационной доочистки полученной смеси компонентов топлива.
18. Применение компонентов топлива, полученных из сырья биологического происхождения способом по любому из предшествующих пп.1-11, в качестве топлива или присадки ктопливной композиции.
19. Применение компонентов топлива по п.18, отличающееся тем, что топливом является дизельное топливо, бензин, реактивное топливо или топливо класса нафты.
