Abstract
1. Способ прокатки труб диаметром от 273 до 426 мм на трубопрокатных установках с пилигримовыми станами из углеродистых и низколегированных марок стали с повышенными требованиями к ударной вязкости, включающий нагрев заготовок до температуры пластичности, прошивку в стане поперечно-винтовой прокатки в гильзы, прокатку гильз на пилигримовом стане в трубы, калибровку труб в калибровочном стане и охлаждение на воздухе, отличающийся тем, что прокатку труб производят из стали микролегированной ванадием и ниобием или титаном и алюминием.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для прокатки труб используют заготовки с содержанием ванадия от 0,02 до 0,07% и ниобия от 0,01 до 0,03% или титана от 0,01 до 0,03% и алюминия от 0,02 до 0,05%.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что прокатку труб на пилигримовом стане производят с подачами гильз в очаг деформации от 15 до 20 мм для труб с толщиной стенки от 10 до 15 мм и от 20 до 25 мм для труб с толщиной стенки от 15 до 20 мм.1. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the pipes are rolled on a pilgrim mill with sleeves supplied to the deformation zone from 15 to 20 mm for pipes with a wall thickness of 10 to 15 mm and from 20 to 25 mm for pipes with a wall thickness of 15 up to 20 mm.
