Abstract
1. A method of obtaining a complex of organic solvents, including acetone, butanol and ethanol from renewable plant cellulose-containing raw materials by simultaneous enzymatic saccharification of carbohydrates that make up the raw materials, and fermentation of the resulting hydrolysates into target products under the action of a biocatalyst based on bacteria cells Clostridiumtobutylicum ace B-4786, polyvinyl alcohol immobilized in a cryogel, characterized in that before the simultaneous enzymatic saccharification of carbohydrates and fermentation of the resulting hydrolysates, the raw material is ground to a particle size of 20-80 microns and the preliminary enzymatic saccharification of the ground raw material is carried out for 1-5 hours at a temperature of 45-55 ° C, the process of subsequent simultaneous enzymatic saccharification of carbohydrates and the fermentation of the resulting hydrolysates is carried out at a temperature of 28-34 ° C for a time that ensures the production of organic solvents. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the grinding is carried out in a ball mill. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the preliminary enzymatic saccharification of the crushed raw material is carried out in the presence of a mixture of hydrolytic enzymes from cellulase, xylanase and β-glucosidase. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the biocatalyst is used in the form of cylindrical granules having a diameter and height of 3-4 mm. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the process of simultaneous enzymatic saccharification of carbohydrates and fermentation of the resulting hydrolysates is carried out for 45-50 hours. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the biocatalyst is separated from the reaction after the end of the technological cycle.
