1. Способ обеззараживания воды, основанный на электролизе, включающий заполнение емкости водой, опускание в емкость электродов элемента ионизации, обогащение воды ионами металлов, из которых выполнены электроды, путем пропускания через электроды рабочего тока, отличающийся тем, что обогащение воды ионами металлов осуществляют одновременно с ее частотной обработкой путем использования в качестве рабочего тока модулированного электрического сигнала в диапазоне ультразвуковых частот 28-32 кГц, при этом один из электродов - из сплава меди и серебра.2. Аппарат «МАГ БИО» для обеззараживания воды, содержащий блок управления с индикатором и с закрепленным на нем элементом ионизации с электродами, блок питания, соединенный через блок управления сэлектродами, отличающийся тем, что в качестве блока управления использован цифровой многофункциональный микропроцессор с возможностью подачи на электроды, один из которых - из сплава меди и серебра, рабочего тока в виде модулированного электрического сигнала в диапазоне ультразвуковых частот 28-32 кГц, блок питания выполнен в виде корпуса, жестко соединенного с блоком управления, при этом внутри корпуса размещена кассета с источником тока, фиксируемая съемной крышкой.3.
