Комплект для переработки отходов обогащения и сжигания угля, включающий установку для подготовку смеси для сжигания, содержащий мельницу, активаторы, эмульгаторы, смесители состава, емкости для хранения смеси; коммуникации для транспорта смеси в камеру сжигания; горелки радиальные; газовую установку для разогрева камеры сжигания; установку для подачи обработанной смеси в камеру сжигания; установку для отсоса из камеры газообразных продуктов сжигания; котлоагрегат для получения тепла; установку для транспорта теплоносителя, отличающийся тем, что для повышения эффективности сжигания смеси в комплекс дополнительно включают установку для обезвоживания смеси совместно с ультразвуковой установкой для обработки обезвоженной массы; установку для активации смеси отходов органическими реагентами (керосин, бензин, смола, отходы нефтепродуктов и др. отходы производств), дозатор для подачи в смесь алюминиевого порошка, вращающуюся цилиндрическую камеру сжигания смеси, установку для обогащения воздуха ДУТЬЯ кислородом, очистные сооружения и улавливания загрязнения продуктов горения, установку для подготовки к утилизации ныли, объединенных в единую технологическую цепь, при этом в состав смеси входят, мас.%: отходы сжигания угля - 55-65, активаторы (органические реагенты) - 5-8, алюминиевый порошок - 1-3, отходы обогащения угля - остальное.A kit for processing waste from coal beneficiation and burning, including an installation for preparing a mixture for burning, containing a mill, activators, emulsifiers, mixers, mix storage tanks; communications for transporting the mixture to the combustion chamber; radial burners; gas installation for heating the combustion chamber; installation for feeding the treated mixture into the combustion chamber; installation for exhausting gaseous products of combustion from the chamber; boiler for heat; installation for transporting a coolant, characterized in that in order to increase the efficiency of burning the mixture, the complex further includes an installation for dehydrating the mixture together with an ultrasonic installation for processing the dehydrated mass; a plant for activating a mixture of wastes with organic reagents (kerosene, gasoline, tar, petroleum wastes and other industrial wastes), a batcher for feeding aluminum powder into the mixture, a rotating cylindrical chamber for burning the mixture, a plant for enriching the air with OXYGEN oxygen, wastewater treatment plants and collecting product pollution combustion, installation for the preparation for utilization of acne, united in a single technological chain, while the mixture includes, wt.%: coal combustion waste - 55-65, activators (organic reagents) - 5-8 , aluminum powder - 1-3, coal enrichment waste - the rest.
