Способ получения особо чистой воды заключается в последовательной многостадийной очистке путем предварительной механической фильтрации, сорбции, обработке обратным осмосом, дистилляции, электродионизации.2. Устройство для осуществления способа получения особо чистой воды включает последовательно соединенные механический фильтр, сорбции, насос, блок обратного осмоса, дистиллятор с устройством управления и накопительную емкость с устройством управления, отличающееся наличием второго насоса и электродионизатора, соединенного выходным штуцером с атмосферной емкостью.3. Устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что после второго насоса перед элетродионизатором расположен манометр с электромагнитным клапаном.1.
