Abstract
1. Термопластичная пленка, содержащая:- пленку-основу, содержащую растяжимый полиолефиновый материал, содержащий один или более слов, и- множество экструдированных волокнистых элементов;- где экструдированные волокнистые элементы расположены по меньшей мере на одной поверхности пленки-основы;- экструдированные волокна образуют один или более выступов относительно плоскости пленки-основы;- в месте расположения волокнистых элементов на пленке-основе между зоной чистого материала пленки-основы и зоной чистого материала волокна присутствует зона смеси материалов, содержащая материал пленки-основы и материал волокна, и средняя толщина пленки-основы меньше средней толщины выступа.2. Термопластичная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что отношение средней ширины к средней длине волокнистых элементов в соответствии с настоящим изобретением составляет от 1:500 до 1:10000000, предпочтительно от 1:50 до 1:500000.3. Термопластичная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что средний диаметр волокнистых элементов составляет от 30 до 500 мкм, предпочтительно от 50 до 300 мкм, более предпочтительно от 75 до 150 мкм.4. Термопластичная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что содержит по меньшей мере три волокнистых элемента, экструдированных на пленку-основу, предпочтительно по меньшей мере восемь волокнистых элементов.5. Термопластичная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что площадь, покрываемая каждым из волокнистых элементов, составляет более 4,5 мм, предпочтительно более 6,0 мм, наиболее предпочтительно более 8,0 мм.6. Claims (26)
1. Термопластичная пленка, содержащая:
- пленку-основу, содержащую растяжимый полиолефиновый материал, содержащий один или более слов, и
- множество экструдированных волокнистых элементов;
- где экструдированные волокнистые элементы расположены по меньшей мере на одной поверхности пленки-основы;
- экструдированные волокна образуют один или более выступов относительно плоскости пленки-основы;
- в месте расположения волокнистых элементов на пленке-основе между зоной чистого материала пленки-основы и зоной чистого материала волокна присутствует зона смеси материалов, содержащая материал пленки-основы и материал волокна, и средняя толщина пленки-основы меньше средней толщины выступа.
2. Термопластичная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что отношение средней ширины к средней длине волокнистых элементов в соответствии с настоящим изобретением составляет от 1:500 до 1:10000000, предпочтительно от 1:50 до 1:500000.
3. Термопластичная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что средний диаметр волокнистых элементов составляет от 30 до 500 мкм, предпочтительно от 50 до 300 мкм, более предпочтительно от 75 до 150 мкм.
4. Термопластичная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что содержит по меньшей мере три волокнистых элемента, экструдированных на пленку-основу, предпочтительно по меньшей мере восемь волокнистых элементов.
5. Термопластичная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что площадь, покрываемая каждым из волокнистых элементов, составляет более 4,5 мм2, предпочтительно более 6,0 мм2, наиболее предпочтительно более 8,0 мм2.
6. Термопластичная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что разница между максимальным средним диаметром и минимальным средним диаметром волокон составляет не более 75%, предпочтительно не более 50%, более предпочтительно не более 25%, более предпочтительно не более 10%.
7. Термопластичная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что материалы пленки-основы и волокнистых элементов независимо выбраны из группы, состоящей из полиэтилена, полипропилена, полиизобутилена, полибутилена-1, поли-4-метилпентена-1, полиизопрена, полибутадиена, их смесей и их сополимеров, предпочтительно полимеров на основе этилена.
8. Термопластичная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что пленка-основа имеет структуру АВС, АВА, АВСВА или ABCDE, причем ABCDE являются слоями, имеющими различный состав и/или толщину, за исключением того, что слой D может быть идентичен слою В.
9. Термопластичная пленка по п.8, отличающаяся тем, что наружный слой А имеет более низкую плотность и/или температуру кристаллизации, чем соседний слой пленки-основы.
10. Термопластичная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что волокна имеют структуру сердцевина-оболочка, причем оболочка предпочтительно имеет более низкую плотность и/или температуру кристаллизации, чем сердцевина.
11. Термопластичная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что отношение ширины к высоте волокнистых элементов составляет от 3:1 до 1:3, предпочтительно от 2:1 до 1:2, более предпочтительно от 1,5:1 до 1:1,5.
12. Термопластичная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она является перфорированной пленкой.
13. Термопластичная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что средняя толщина пленки-основы составляет от 4 до 50 мкм, более предпочтительно от 5 до 30 мкм, более предпочтительно от 6 до 25 мкм.
14. Термопластичная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что высота выступов, образованных волокнистыми элементами, над плоскостью поверхности пленки-основы в среднем составляет от 30 до 500 мкм, более предпочтительно от 50 до 300 мкм, более предпочтительно от 75 до 150 мкм.
15. Термопластичная пленка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что пленка-основа и волокнистый элемент предварительно растянуты по меньшей мере на 10%, предпочтительно по меньшей мере на 50%, предпочтительно по меньшей мере на 100%, более предпочтительно по меньшей мере на 200%.
16. Способ получения термопластичной пленки, включающий:
i. экструзию пленки-основы, содержащей растяжимый полиолефиновый материал, содержащий один или более слоев;
ii. экструзию множества волокнистых элементов;
iii. нанесение множества волокнистых элементов по меньшей мере на одну сторону пленки-основы, и
iv. присоединение волокнистых элементов к пленке-основе;
причем экструдированные волокна образуют один или более выступов относительно плоскости пленки-основы,
в месте расположения волокнистых элементов на пленке-основе между зоной чистого материала пленки-основы и зоной чистого материала волокна образуется зона смеси материалов, содержащая материал пленки-основы и материал волокна, и
средняя толщина пленки-основы меньше средней толщины выступа.
17. Способ по п.16, отличающийся тем, что присоединение волокнистых элементов к пленке-основе осуществляют путем термического сплавления и/или присоединение волокнистых элементов к пленке-основе включает приложение давления к волокнистым элементам.
18. Способ по любому из пп.16 или 17, отличающийся тем, что температура волокнистых элементов в процессе наложения превышает комнатную, предпочтительно превышает точку их кристаллизации на 1-100°C, более предпочтительно на 1-80°C.
19. Заготовка термопластичной пленки, содержащая:
- (i) экструдированную пленку-основу, содержащую растяжимый полиолефиновый материал, содержащий один или более слоев, и
- (ii) множество экструдированных волокнистых элементов,
- где волокнистые элементы расположены по меньшей мере на одной поверхности пленки-основы;
- экструдированные волокнистые элементы образуют один или более выступов относительно плоскости пленки-основы, и
- средняя толщина пленки-основы меньше средней толщины выступа.
20. Термопластичная пленка по любому из пп.1-15, отличающаяся тем, что она предоставляется на катушке.
21. Применение термопластичной пленки по любому из пп.1-15 или 20 для упаковки.
22. Применение термопластичной пленки по любому из пп.1-15 или 20 для силосования.
23. Применение термопластичной пленки по любому из пп.1-15 или 20 для ручной упаковки.
24. Термопластичная пленка, полученная способом, включающим:
(i) экструзию пленки-основы, содержащей растяжимый полиолефиновый материал, содержащий один или более слоев;
(ii) экструзию множества волокнистых элементов;
(iii) нанесение множества волокнистых элементов по меньшей мере на одну сторону пленки-основы, и
(iv) присоединение волокнистых элементов к пленке-основе,
где экструдированные элементы образуют один или более выступов относительно плоскости пленки-основы,
в месте расположения волокнистых элементов на пленке-основе между зоной чистого материала пленки-основы и зоной чистого материала волокна образуется зона смеси материалов, содержащая материал пленки-основы и материал волокна, и
средняя толщина пленки-основы меньше средней толщины выступа.
25. Термопластичная пленка по п.24, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно имеет признаки по пп.1-15.
26. Термопластичная пленка по п.24, отличающаяся тем, что она получена способом по любому из пп.16-18.
