Способ виброволновой обработки металлических деталей, основанный на использовании физического эффекта взаимодействия ударных волн со структурными составляющими обрабатываемого (упрочняемого) материала, обосновывающий структурные преобразования и создание упрочненных структур поверхностного слоя материала обрабатываемой детали, отличающийся тем, что структурные преобразования и упрочняющий эффект достигается не за счет внедрения и деформации материала поверхностного слоя детали контактными элементами инструмента, а в результате волнового воздействия с помощью волновода, при этом:а) источник возбуждения волн для передачи их к обрабатываемой поверхности детали волноводом, вынесен из зоны обработки и изолирован как источник шумов,б) достигается существенное упрощение конструкции инструмента, снижает материалоемкость и размеры.A method of vibrating microwave processing of metal parts, based on the use of the physical effect of the interaction of shock waves with the structural components of the processed (hardened) material, substantiating structural transformations and creating hardened structures of the surface layer of the material of the workpiece, characterized in that the structural transformations and the strengthening effect are not achieved through the introduction and deformation of the material of the surface layer of the part by the contact elements of the tool, and as a result e of the wave action with the help of the waveguide, in this case: a) the wave excitation source for transferring them to the workpiece surface by the waveguide is removed from the processing zone and isolated as a noise source, b) a significant simplification of the tool design is achieved, reduces material consumption and size.
