Способ получения штамма гриба Penicillium verruculosum B10 EGII (BKM F-3764D) - продуцента эндо-β-1.3/1.4-глюканазы, отличающийся тем, что новый штамм содержит амплифицированные копии гомологичного гена эндо-β-1.3/1.4 глюканазы и в котором структурная часть гена, кодирующая эндо-β-1.3/1.4 глюканазу, совмещена с нуклеотидными последовательностями промоторной области, сигнального пептида и терминатора гена cbhI целлобиогидролазы I Penicillium verruculosum.2. Способ получения кормового комплексного ферментного препарата, обогащенного эндо-β-1.3/1.4 глюканазой и содержащего целлюлазу, β-глюкозидазу и ксиланазу, путем культивирования указанного выше нового штамма гриба Penicillium verruculosum (B10 EGII), мультикопийного по гомологичному гену 1,3/1,4-β-глюканазы, на оптимизированной питательной среде в ферментерах с последующей фильтрацией, ультрафильтрацией и лиофилизацией культуральной жидкости.1.
