1. Генетическая конструкция для обеспечения экспрессии целевых гомологичных и гетерологичного генов в клетках мицелиального гриба Penicillium verruculosum, используемого в качестве хозяина, содержащая целевую кодирующую последовательность, включающую последовательно соединенные гены карбогидраз - целлобиогидролазы I, эндо-1,4-β-глюканазы II и β-глюкозидазы (целлобиазы) и функционально связанную с регуляторными элементами гена целлобиогидролазы I Penicillium verruculosum, которые представляют собой промотор, сигнальный пептид и терминатор гена целлобиогидролазы I.2. Способ получения штамма гриба Penicillium verruculosum FUS3 ВКМ F-4512D - продуцента мультиферментного комплекса карбогидраз, кодируемого гомологичными последовательностями целлобиогидролазы I, эндо-1,4-β-глюканазы II и гетерологичной нуклеотидной последовательностью β-глюкозидазы (целлобиазы) Aspergillus niger, предусматривающий трансформацию клетки гриба Penicillium verruculosum линейной генетической конструкцией, содержащей целевую кодирующую последовательность, функционально связанную с регуляторными элементами гена целлобиогидролазы I Penicillium verruculosum, которые представляют собой промотор, сигнальный пептид и терминатор гена целлобиогидролазы I.3. Способ получения мультиферментного препарата заданного состава Penicillium verruculosum FUS3, включающего активные карбогидразы, расщепляющие растительные полисахариды, путем культивирования микроорганизмов, отличающийся тем, что способом по п.2 получают штамм гриба Penicillium verruculosum FUS3 ВКМ F-4512D, осуществляют культивирование полученного штамма и выделяют целевой продукт из культуральной жидкости гриба.1.
