Abstract
1. Котел-утилизатор тепла выхлопных газов, содержащий теплообменник, в корпусе которого расположен пучок теплообменных труб для прохода по ним выхлопных газов с образованием между указанными трубами межтрубного пространства для прохода теплоносителя, входной и выходной патрубки для подвода и отвода выхлопных газов и теплоносителя, отличающийся тем, что корпус теплообменника в продольном направлении разделен перегородкой на две части, межтрубные пространства частей корпуса соединены между собой с одной стороны посредством, по меньшей мере, одной обводной трубы для прохода теплоносителя, а трубы частей теплообменника - с одной стороны посредством камеры для прохода выхлопных газов, а с другой стороны -посредством камеры распределения газовых потоков, имеющей с противоположных сторон входные и выходные патрубки для подвода и отвода выхлопных газов, между которыми установлена заслонка с возможностью поворота вокруг своей оси и перераспределения потоков выхлопных газов.2. Котел по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в межтрубном пространстве каждой из частей теплообменника установлены с образования зигзагообразного канала для прохода теплоносителя поперечные перегородки, в которых выполнены отверстия для размещения упомянутых теплообменных труб.3. Котел по п.1, отличающийся тем, что корпус теплообменника выполнен с прямоугольным поперечным сечением, преимущественно, квадратным.1. The boiler according to claim 1, characterized in that in the annular space of each of the parts of the heat exchanger, transverse partitions are installed to form a zigzag channel for the passage of the coolant, in which holes are made to accommodate the said heat exchange tubes. The boiler according to claim 1, characterized in that the heat exchanger body is made with a rectangular cross-section, mainly square.
