Abstract
1. Способ получения органического удобрения, включающий ферментацию исходного продукта, удаление биогаза, сепарацию, отличающийся тем, что в качестве исходного продукта используют экскременты птиц или животных, которые предварительно ферментируют, после окончания ферментации и удаления биогаза из продукта ферментации посредством сепарации отделяют плотную составляющую исходного продукта, а жидкую составляющую смешивают с флокулянтом, флоккулируемый продукт отстаивают до достижения уровня разделения твердой фракции и жидкой в соотношении от 1 к 3 до 1 к 5, жидкую фракцию удаляют, а отстоявшийся продукт декантируют до влажности 40-50%, жидкую составляющую удаляют, а декантированную массу смешивают с плотной составляющей продукта сепарации и отжимают шнековым устройством, или же вначале отжимают шнековым устройством, а затем смешивают с плотной составляющей продукта сепарации, предварительно отжатым шнековым устройством, при этом на выходе шнекового устройства продукт имеет влажность 20-30%, после чего продукт подвергают тепловой сушке при температуре 40-60°С до влажности 10-15%.2.
