Abstract
1. Система демпфирования пульсаций от оборудования с возвратно-поступательным движением, отличающаяся тем, что содержит:компрессор, имеющий первую камеру, впускное отверстие, выпускное отверстие, первое впускное клапанное устройство для регулирования потока технологической текучей среды, поступающей в первую камеру компрессора через впускное отверстие, и первое выпускное клапанное устройство для регулирования потока технологической текучей среды, выходящей из первой камеры компрессора, через выпускное отверстие, при этом технологической текучей средой формируется направление потока, ипо меньшей мере, один демпфер пульсаций вне направления потока, сконфигурированный для гашения пульсирующих волн в технологической текучей среде.2. Система по п.1, в которой, по меньшей мере, один демпфер пульсаций содержит клапанную камеру для гашения пульсаций, в которой помещается, по меньшей мере, часть первого впускного клапанного устройства или первого выпускного клапанного устройства.3. Система по п.2, в которой внутренний объем каждой клапанной камеры для гашения пульсаций заполнен гасящим пульсации материалом.4. Система по п.3, в которой гасящий пульсации материал представляет собой проволочную сетку.5. Система по п.3, в которой гасящий пульсации материал представляет собой вязкоупругий материал.6. Система по п.3, в которой гасящий пульсации материал представляет собой эластомер.7. Система по п.2, в которой компрессор представляет собой поршневой компрессор.8. The system of claim 1, wherein the at least one pulsation damper comprises a pulsation damping valve chamber, in which at least a portion of the first inlet valving device or the first outlet valving device is received. The system of claim 2, wherein the internal volume of each pulsation dampening valve chamber is filled with a pulsation dampening material. The system of claim 3, wherein the pulsation dampening material is a wire mesh. The system of claim 3, wherein the pulsation dampening material is a viscoelastic material. 7. System according to claim 3, wherein the pulsation dampening material is an elastomer. The system of claim 2, wherein the compressor is a reciprocating compressor.
