Abstract
1. Способ лазерной обработки хрупких материалов путем сквозного управляемого термораскалывания с помощью волоконного лазера, отличающийся тем, что вырезают из указанных материалов крупногабаритные изделия сложной 3D-формы излучением лазера с малым коэффициентом поглощения в них по управляющей программе задающей стабильное расположение объектива относительно точек контура реза, скорость движения объектива, величину мощности лазера на каждом участке контура, а также, периодически отрезают технологический припуск, что исключает влияние нежелательных сжимающих упругих напряжений, возникающих в противовес растягивающим усилиям в пятне реза и остановку процесса, причем закрепляют заготовку в специальном фиксирующем устройстве без создания напряжений в материале.2. Устройство для осуществления способа обработки материалов по п.1, имеющее робот-манипулятор и волоконный лазер, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит коммутирующее устройство цифровой связи робот-лазер, оптический кабель с коллимирующим устройством, объектив с управляемой в процессе работы формой лазерного пятна, закрепленный на головке манипулятора и приспособление на вакуумных присосках для фиксации заготовки.1.
