Abstract
Способ нанесения антикоррозионного покрытия на металлические изделия путем термодиффузионного цинкования, включающий загрузку в герметичный контейнер, размещенный в муфельной печи, металлических изделий, насыщающей смеси цинка и инертного наполнителя, перемешивание смеси и изделий путем вибрации и/или вращения контейнера относительно продольной оси и/или перемещения контейнера, заполнение контейнера инертным газом и нагрев до температуры 350-450°C в течение времени, достаточного для диффузии паров цинка на поверхность обрабатываемых изделий и образования защитного слоя заданной величины, отличающийся тем, что обрабатываемые детали размещают в контейнере регулярным образом в оснастке с опорными поверхностями, фиксирующей их и препятствующей их непосредственному контакту между собой и перемещению относительно друг друга в при движении контейнера таким образом, что минимальное расстояние между обрабатываемыми поверхностями деталей составляет 3-5 мм, а в процессе цинкования обрабатываемые детали могут совершать перемещения относительно опорных поверхностей оснастки в контейнере не более чем на 5-10 мм, насыщающая смесь содержит кристаллы цинка чистотой 0,97-0,99% игловидной формы с коэффициентом эффективной площади поверхности 10, при этом насыщающая смесь имеет гранулометрический состав в интервале 3-7 мкм, а ее масса составляет 1-4% от массы обрабатываемых деталей или 130-140% от массы требуемого покрытия на поверхности обрабатываемых деталей.A method of applying a corrosion-resistant coating to metal products by thermodiffusion galvanizing, including loading into a sealed container placed in a muffle furnace, metal products, a saturating mixture of zinc and an inert filler, mixing the mixture and products by vibration and / or rotation of the container about the longitudinal axis and / or moving container, filling the container with an inert gas and heating to a temperature of 350-450 ° C for a time sufficient to diffuse the zinc vapor on the surface of the processed parts and the formation of a protective layer of a given size, characterized in that the workpieces are placed in a container regularly in a snap with supporting surfaces, fixing them and preventing them from direct contact with each other and moving relative to each other in the movement of the container so that the minimum distance between the machined surfaces of the parts is 3-5 mm, and during the galvanizing process the machined parts can move relative to the supporting surfaces and in the container not more than 5-10 mm, the saturating mixture contains zinc crystals with a purity of 0.97-0.99% needle-shaped with a coefficient of effective surface area of 10, while the saturating mixture has a particle size distribution in the range of 3-7 microns, and its mass is 1-4% by weight of the workpieces or 130-140% of the mass of the required coating on the surface of the workpieces.
