Abstract
Кривошипно-шатунный механизм ДВС, состоящий из коленчатого вала, шарнирно соединенного с шатунами, другой конец которых также шарнирно при помощи поршневых пальцев связан с поршнями, подвижно размещенными в блоке цилиндров двигателя, отличающийся тем, что поршневые пальцы с одной из их концевых сторон снабжены шлицами, взаимодействующими с ответными выполненными в соответствующих отверстиях бобышек поршней, в своей средней части они так же при помощи других шлицев соединены с подобными расположенными в отверстиях головок шатунов, а с противоположных концевых сторон упомянутых поршневые пальцы имеют гладкую наружную круговую поверхность, подвижно сопряженную с соответствующими отверстиями бобышек поршней, имеющих ответную внутреннюю гладкую круговую поверхность.ICE crank mechanism, consisting of a crankshaft pivotally connected to connecting rods, the other end of which is also pivotally connected by piston fingers to pistons movably placed in the engine block, characterized in that the piston fingers are provided with splines on one of their end sides interacting with reciprocal piston boss holes made in the corresponding holes, in their middle part they are also connected with other splines to similar connecting rods located in the holes of the connecting rods, and with of the opposite end sides of said piston fingers have a smooth outer circular surface movably mated to respective holes of the piston bosses having a mating inner smooth circular surface.
