Abstract
Способ поверки электромагнитных расходомеров, включающий подачу напряжения на вход измерительного устройства, входящего в состав расходомера, выделенного на сопротивлении, включенном последовательно с катушками возбуждения первичного преобразования расхода и сформированного симметричным резисторным делителем напряжения,отличающийся тем, что резисторный делитель подключают к обмоткам возбуждения и электродам первичного преобразователя расхода, контактирующим с жидкостью, запитывают от измерительного устройства расходомера, формируют резисторным делителем эталонные сигналы и через электроды, контактирующие с измеряемой жидкостью, подают на вход измерительного устройства, усиливают, преобразуют в цифровую форму и индуцируют на индикаторе измерительного устройства, считывают с индикатора значение контрольного объема жидкости за определенное время и сравнивают полученные данные со значением паспортных данных контрольного объема первичной поверки при выпуске из производства, а при несоответствии производят подрегулировку подстроечным резистором.A method for calibrating electromagnetic flowmeters, including applying voltage to the input of a measuring device included in the flowmeter, selected on the resistance connected in series with the excitation coils of the primary flow conversion and formed by a symmetrical resistor voltage divider, characterized in that the resistor divider is connected to the excitation windings and primary electrodes a flow transducer in contact with the liquid is fed from a flowmeter measuring device the reference signals are amplified by a resistor divider and fed through the electrodes in contact with the measured liquid to the input of the measuring device, amplified, converted to digital form and induced on the indicator of the measuring device, the value of the control volume of the liquid is read from the indicator for a certain time and the data obtained are compared with the value of the passport the data of the control volume of the initial verification during the release from production, and in case of non-compliance, the adjustment is made by the tuning resistor.
