Abstract
1. Способ градуировки и поверки электромагнитных расходомеров, включающий измерение параметров канала, размещение в его магнитном поле индукционной катушки, интегрирование электрического напряжения на выходных клеммах индукционной катушки, наведенного магнитным полем расходомера, и сравнение интегрированного напряжения на выходных клеммах индукционной катушки с напряжением, выделяемым на сопротивлении, включенном в цепь питания индуктора, а их отношение выражается формулой:где С- постоянная времени интегрирования,k - отношение напряжения, полученного в результате интегрирования выходного напряжения индукционной катушки, к напряжению на сопротивлении, включенном в цепь питания индуктора,С- постоянная индукционной катушки,r - сопротивление, включенное в цепь питания индуктора,D - диаметр канала расходомера; отличающийсятем, что в качестве меры коэффициента преобразования расходомера используют коэффициент К, равныйК=К[1-λ(Re)], где λ(Re) функция, характеризующая отклонение от линейности градуировочной характеристики расходомера в зависимости от гидродинамического режима потока в канале расходомера, выражаемая через критерий подобия (число) Рейнольдса.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что функция λ(Re) определяется экспериментально посредством сопоставления показаний расходомера с расходом измеряемой среды, воспроизводимым с помощью проливной расходомерной установки.1.
