Abstract
1. Способ культивирования мышечных клеток in vitro для получения биомассы, используемой для производства мясных пищевых продуктов, при котором в качестве культивируемых клеток используется иммортализованная линия миобластов любого животного2. Способ по п. 1, при котором в качестве культивируемых клеток используется иммортализованная линия миобластов любого животного с нормальной, либо отсутствующей экспрессией миостатина, либо с отсутствием рецептора к миостатину.3. Способ по п. 1, при котором клетки выращиваются (пролиферируют и дифференцируются) на тонких агарозных гелях (0,01-0,5 см в толщину), в пористую структуру которых введены питательные элементы (питательная среда), которые могут быть удалены или оставлены в процессе культивирования и/или при производстве мясных пищевых продуктов; либо в ферментере.4. Способ по п. 1, при котором питательная среда для культивирования клеток не содержит БСА (бычий сывороточный альбумин), вместо него используются белки неживотного происхождения (биотехнологического происхождения - полученные в клетках бактерий - например, E.coli; дрожжей - например, Saccharomyces; водорослей - например, Spirulina; растений - например, Glycine max); содержит переносчики кислорода, например гемоглобин, полученные с помощью биотехнологических методов; представляет собой или может включать экстракты бактерий, либо дрожжей, либо водорослей, либо растений - организмов, синтезирующих большой процент белка от их биомассы.5.
