Abstract
1. Способ бромирования бутилкаучука в среде неводного растворителя бромирующим агентом, отличающийся тем, что в качестве бромирующего агента одновременно используют неводный раствор молекулярного брома и бромную воду.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что бромирующий агент получают экстрагированием брома неводным растворителем из бромной воды, которую получают посредством электрохимической обработки водного раствора бромида щелочного металла или его смеси с содержащей соединения брома промывной водой, возвращаемой со стадии нейтрализации и отмывки раствора бромбутилкаучука и/или обедненной бромной водой, полученной в результате экстрагирования свободного брома неводным растворителем, причем на бромирование направляют часть обедненной бромной воды, образовавшейся при экстрагировании, и/или часть бромной воды, полученной при электролизе.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что бромирование бутилкаучука осуществляют при температуре от 10 до 50°С в течение 0,5-5 мин.4. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что обедненную бромную воду, образующуюся при экстрагировании, направляют в электролизер.5. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что обедненную бромную воду, образующуюся при экстрагировании, направляют в электролизер через стадию отмывки бромбутилкаучука.6. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что получаемый в результате электролиза водный раствор гидроксида натрия направляют на стадию нейтрализации раствора бромбутилкаучука.1. The method according to claim 2, characterized in that the resulting aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide obtained by electrolysis is sent to the stage of neutralization of the bromobutyl rubber solution.
