Abstract
1. Установка для переработки влажных органических субстратов в газообразные энергоносители, состоящая из последовательно расположенных обезвоживающего устройства, газогенератора, мокрого скруббера и энергогенерирующей установки, отличающаяся тем, что между выходом скруббера по жидкому потоку и отстойником предусмотрен анаэробный биофильтр, выход которого по газу связан с энергогенерирующей установкой, причем выход продуктов сгорания из энергогенерирующей установки последовательно связан с сушилкой, установленной между выходом обезвоживающего устройства по твердой фракции и шахтой газогенератора, а также с теплообменным аппаратом, установленным между аппаратом аэробного гидролиза и дутьевым устройством газогенератора, вход по жидкому потоку дополнительно связан с жидкостным выходом обезвоживающего устройства, а перед обезвоживающим устройством размещен аппарат аэробного гидролиза, при этом выход аппарата аэробного гидролиза по газу связан с топкой газогенератора.2. Установка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что на жидкостном входе скруббера предусмотрен многоходовой управляемый вентиль, связанный жидкостной линией с жидкостным выходом обезвоживающего устройства, а управляющее устройство многоходового управляемого вентиля связано с выходом анаэробного биофильтра по газу.1. Installation according to claim 1, characterized in that a multi-way controlled valve is provided at the liquid inlet of the scrubber, connected by a liquid line to the liquid output of the dewatering device, and a multi-way controlled valve control device is connected with the gas outlet of the anaerobic biofilter.
