Abstract
Способ электродинамического установления закономерностей изменения эксплуатационных параметров металлополимерных пар трения ленточно-колодочных тормозов буровой лебедки содержащих барабан лебедки, покоящейся на подъемном валу, и с торцов барабана установлены тормозные шкивы, рабочие поверхности которых огибают тормозные ленты с установленными на их дуге обхвата с равномерным шагом фрикционными накладками, разделенными между собой распорными планками, при этом концы сбегающих ветвей тормозных лент через тяги присоединены к балансиру, а концы набегающих ветвей - к мотылевым шейкам коленчатого вала, который связан через передаточное устройство с рычагом управления тормозом, отличающийся тем, что при контактно-термическом взаимодействии рабочих поверхностей тормозных шкивов и фрикционных накладок генерируются электрические токи, подчиняющиеся синусоидальному закону изменения плоской электромагнитной волне при тлеющем и искровом режимах разрядов, и при этом закономерности изменения эксплуатационных параметров пар трения во времени происходит с различными амплитудами, описываемых для: удельных нагрузок периодом π; динамического коэффициента трения периодом 2π; поверхностных температур при нагревании и вынужденном охлаждении периодом π/2, а также солитонов (импульсов) с различной длиной волны с периодом π в межконтактном зазоре пар трения; износов рабочей поверхности обода шкива и фрикционной накладки периодом π.A method for the electrodynamic determination of patterns of change in the operational parameters of metal-polymer friction pairs of tape and shoe brakes of a winch containing a winch drum resting on a lifting shaft, and brake pulleys installed on the ends of the drum, the working surfaces of which envelope the brake belts with friction linings installed on their circumference arc with a uniform pitch separated by spacer bars, while the ends of the runaway branches of the brake bands through the rods attached to the balancer ir, and the ends of the oncoming branches to the crank crankshaft necks, which is connected via a transmission device to the brake control lever, characterized in that during contact-thermal interaction of the working surfaces of the brake pulleys and friction linings, electric currents are generated that obey the sinusoidal law of variation of a plane electromagnetic wave under smoldering and spark discharge regimes, and at the same time, the patterns of change in the operational parameters of friction pairs in time occur with different amplitudes by the litoms described for: unit loads of the period π; dynamic coefficient of friction with a period of 2π; surface temperatures during heating and forced cooling with a period of π / 2, as well as solitons (pulses) with different wavelengths with a period of π in the contact gap of friction pairs; wear of the working surface of the pulley rim and friction lining period π.
